We pre-ordered for dinner a to go order and i have never gotten such horrible food. The pizza had to be left over from lunch clearly cold, hard and disgusting. I requested a refund through customer service 8 days ago, and no one is even bothering to follow through. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is the people inside were energetic.

I had ordered roasted garlic cheese sticks. When I picked up my order they had handed me regular cheese sticks. My finance went inside and told them it was wrong, so they remade them, when he got them, they were bread sticks! What is this? My pizza was fine, ive never had issues with this Pizza Hut before, and I’ve ordered both types of cheese sticks before to know which one looks like what. I asked the lady when I was ordering what the difference between the two was cause I usually just order online and pick it up. My ticket says roasted garlic sticks which is what I paid for. I am very upset about this, not because they got the order wrong to begin with but because they said that this was the roasted garlic cheese sticks when it’s not, it’s just 5 regular bread sticks with cheese melted on top. The first photo is the “roasted garlic cheese sticks” the second pic is the regular cheese sticks, which the garlic ones look like that but with some green flakes on top. The third picture is my reciept. I paid almost $8 for these.

I decided to stop in today for lunch because it’s been a very long time since I’ve had Pizzahut due to the service that I’m used to getting. But when I went in today, it was everything I could expect. The booth was nice and clean, the food was outstanding and the customer service was to die for! This location has come a long way and I’ll definitely return!

This pizza hut has absolutely changed percent change around. The pizza was absolutely delicious. And the server Ramon was absolutely amazing and polite. Along with the others there. We came there with my newly adopted granddaughter so we could connect to do birthday and Christmas present celebration, and the greatness started when the staff and management came out to my car unknowingly to them what we were doing and were so polite and willing to assist or help in any way. When we got into the restaurant and got a table they had heard that I forgot a trash bag for the paper etc. they were so nice to bring me one of their trash bags. We were so grateful.
My granddaughter was so happy that she wanted to make sure the whole staff saw and were part of all her gifts and saw all the different computer made dragons that she got from her newly aquainted grandmimi.
It was such a great time spent with her and a perfect atmosphere for a great time together. Hoping to do it again soon . Thank you all for a perfect and great food and service time.

The Lavonia Pizza Hut has had a complete turnaround under new management. Gabe has done an incredible job bringing life back into this location. The food is good, the service is friendly, and it’s obvious he’s invested in the community and in making this a place people actually want to come. We love seeing local businesses thrive like this!

Best food and service I’ve had at a Pizza Hut in ages! Our waiter was very attentive and listed out the specials on the menu and was constantly coming back to check in on us! Food was also incredibly good! We will definitely be back!

These folks are awesome! Corey took care of me. He was patient, answered all of my questions and honestly, he seems like a really cool guy. The food was good, hot and fast!!! There was another man making food and a young lady that made sure I had everything I needed. My only question is, why isn’t this place packed??? 8:00 on a Thursday night and I’m the only dine-in customer. The food is really good, the service is exceptional and there isn’t anyone here…incredible!!!

The Store Mgr Gabriel and his Team are the best! Customer friendly who goes above and beyond. In the last two months I have seen the change in the store from the time I come in, to the customer service for pick up and dine in. This store has done a 180 since Gabriel came in. Good food. Good seevice!
