A friend of mine and I drove up from Woodstock just to find a Pizza Hut classic — and this one was perfect. If you enjoyed Pizza Hut of yesteryear when it was a dine-in experience, this Pizza Hut “Classic” is exactly that. All the old details are still there: the checkered table cloth, plastic red cups, stained glass chandeliers, salad bar, and pretty much everything else. And unlike so many of the dine-in huts of the past, this one was clean, well-lit, and had welcoming staff.

Food is good. Service is terrible and had been for years. They never have employees and it takes forever to get any service. Place barely busy and kitchen staff just standing around. They need a manager or someone from corporate to show up and turn this place around. We have come to always expect very slow service.

Food is aways good but better to get carryout, servers are never good. The last time I was there the server told us they took garlic sauce off the menu when we were looking at a box of it behind the counter. When we asked another lady back there she gave it to us.

Feel free to order here if you have nothing but tons of free time on your hands. If you actually have anything else to do with your time, I would suggest that you go to another location. Sense of urgency is not their strong suit.

I purchased cheesy breadsticks, a Philly melt, also a pepperoni melt. The cheese on the breadsticks was overcooked to the point where I could’ve used it as a plate for my pizza. So, I had plain bread with marinara sauce once I was able to peel the hard shell of solidified cheese off. The Philly melt was plain, barely had flavor or toppings inside. The pepperoni melt simply tasted like salt. It was so salty I couldn’t even taste the pepperoni. The dogs loved it though. They woof’d the remaining amount down quickly.

My server Caroline was absolutely wonderful! It’s not often that you have a special dine in experience anymore and Ms. Caroline defiantly provided that and the staff provided excellent and speedy service. Highly recommended the hut

The pizza here is my go to. If we haven’t picked out dinner yet and we are being lazy I almost always choose this place. Their mushroom pizza is my favorite the staff seem really nice even when really busy.
