Today I ordered from pizza hut for the first time in years.The person on phone was new and was having trouble taking card info. So I said would it be easier to pay when pizza was delivered he said sure if u wanted to do it that way . Pizza showed up handed him card he said he could not take card only cash which person on phone said nothing about. Also said I could not call and give tcard number now . All I had was a 100 dollar bill. He had no change. Then he left .Next thing I know cops show up to arrest me. The Flynn group will here from me

This is a solid Pizza Hut located right in the heart of Buford. Clean, efficient, and great customer service. I finally had a chance to order from Pizza Hut after going exclusive on Papa John’s and Dominos for the past several years. I had issues ordering online via their website and app which I think needs a little work. Calling and ordering via phone was the way to go for me and the rep was kind enough to offer me some coupons and specials on the phone!
The pizza quality was excellent and from the looks of it, Pizza Hut really does live up the slogan – No one out pizzas the Hut! Pizza Hut!
Parking was easy and the pizza was ready and hot!
4.3 stars rounded up makes this one a solid 5 for me!

This was our first visit and Tammy made us feel so welcomed and pleasantly assisted us in our purchase. She gave great advice on what and how to make our choices. My son LOVES pizza so we pick up from here regularly. We have also ordered from here for several family gatherings. They are always on time and the food is perfectly cooked. The staff is always friendly and hard at work. They also offer great deals all the time. The rewards program is a fantastic way to receive free food items as well. Love the Hut, especially this location!

After being quoted a time of 30 to 40 minutes, My two pizzas arrived nearly an hour and a half after being ordered. Tried to call the store multiple times to speak with someone in regards to the issue, but no one would answer even after several attempts.
Poor Customer Service.

Went to go pick up the pizza I ordered. Should’ve of looked at the pizza carefully before I paid them because it looked like they just threw old pieces of pizzas together, put some cheese on top then reheated it. You know why I suspect this? Because the pieces of pizza where the crust line up are not even. There was one that was completely shorter than the rest. I did not rearrange the pizza, the picture is how it looked like when I got it. Don’t waste your money with this pizza hut, it is terrible!!!

Incredibly friendly and courteous staff!!! They not only welcomed me as soon as I walked in to pick up my order, but one of the employees actually advised my son and I to be careful leaving as someone had just recently slipped! Also, the pizza was delicious and the order was 100 percent correct!!! Thank you all for your hard work and incredible customer service! You don’t have experiences like this everyday!
