Order was not ready until 25 minutes past the board in front saying it was already done. I understand mistakes happen but the workers seem either under staffed or unorganized. Loud music playing and the general feeling that the employees just want you out of there makes the whole ordeal uncomfortable. The food was fine when we finally got it. Bottom line let them deliver it. Also we need to get back to the days of free delivery then there’d be no need for carryout. The delivery charge cost drivers tips.

We got 4 pizzas the other night and they were amazing! We’ve ordered from here many times over the years, the food is usually really good and service is quick. We’ve had issues a time or two with the the pizza being burned or wrong which is why I can’t give a full 5 stars. Staff has always been friendly and courteous.

My cousin ordered a pizza during delivery hours. The transaction went through, and the app said that the team was working on our pizza. It has been 2 hours now. No sign of a pizza. We have tried to call over and over again. We have gotten no answers, no texts, no emails. I am beyond disappointed. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. It has been several times now. Apparently they closed early, but nothing online implied that they had closed. Our pizza was supposed to be delivered at 7:45 pm and it is currently 9:15 pm.

Terrible service. Last few times I ordered of the app. Get down here and ovens broke or deep fryer is broke. Waste my time drive put here. And Saud they tried to call but didn’t. I’m doing thru a lot of mental problems and they made me have a complete melt down. And not to mention they were so rude about it. Think at this point might be get sued.

Always have exceptional service, we ordered a gluten free pizza and they were out. But the manager included the toppings so we could make one at home with our crust at no extra charge. This is the highest customer service I have ever had. Thank you pizza hut

Okay I live in Claxton and usually I order from them because it’s convenient pricey yes but convenient yes but this the second time I ordered from them and they didn’t deliver at the right time pace or completely the first time they didn’t deliver my order said no drivers was in and they didn’t refund me my money on my card and tonight I ordered around 7pm they called me and said they was out of pizza but mind you if they were it wouldn’t of let me order online so next they went back and fixed the menu online saying no pizza then called me and said I can replace it with some other orders and still didn’t come and it’s 9:44 pm and they close at ten pm and they wouldn’t pick the phone up when I called back so not only was I lied to about them fixing the order but they didn’t come yet and possibly not coming I’m coming back to finish this review if they don’t show up….
Okay guy they finally came out later around ten which is after hours but nevertheless the person they sent out is an awesome individual he worked there for years but he went on to apologize about the situation which isn’t his fault so I didn’t understand why they wouldn’t just pick the phone up and tell me about the late response but the delivery driver was very kind and considerate but still point blank the other person who called wasn’t professional about the situation as far as knowing how to handle the situation he wasn’t even a worker for the store he came in to sub for the store so I even apologized to him upfront for having to go through the situation but he still could have just explained it to me instead of not picking up the phone and being so late to respond back let alone not even call to explain to me that the order was going to be late

Ordered online for pickup, got there and they refused to take my cash of 100 pointed to a sign on the wall I asked why they didn’t take take cash she stated I do not know. That was my only form of payment and the family and I had to leave with nothing. No where did it state online that they didn’t except large bills I checked the box for pay in store with cash. Of course I am sure management or corporate dosent care just like most businesses these days.

The pizza is good WHEN you get what you ordered, but I repeatedly order “LIGHT, LIGHT SAUCE” and only on a very few occasions do I get it that way. They need to READ what is in the comments from us!!! On 12/18/21 I received a pizza exactly as ordered…it was perfect!

Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered delivery and when we got our pizzas they had no cheese
When we took them back to show them the lady says they are out of stuffed crust cheese so they wont be able to make 2 stuffed crust only 1. I told them never mind and to just refund my money. As we were waiting there was another customer waiting on her order. She had been waiting quite sometime and asked the manager if that was her order she put in the warmer to which the manager replied no. Then she asked when her order would be ready. The manager replied she didnt know but said it like the customer was aggravating her. The customer then told the lady at the front desk how the manager had an attitude and the lady laughed and said dont worry shes about to be fired. Then the lady at the front desk checked the warmer and she got the customers order out. Incompetence at its finest.
