Placed a pizza order 2 weeks ago and it was the worse I’ve ever had. Very little to no sauce and the cook gave me the wrong crust from what I ordered. The manager was very apologetic and gave me a credit for next time I placed an order. I came In person today and placed a new order with the same manager. She placed my order and the cook, Cleveland who always get my order right was available today to make my order. I checked my order before leaving the store and it was beyond my expectations and was very delicious.

Will order again in the future when Cleveland is available

I had a mobile order for this location and when I went there, the server was nice and let me know how long the wait will be. The piece came out was nice and hot fresh and ready. The only part was the outside area which they can’t control and there was homeless people and other unruly people outside other than that it was a great experience.

I placed an order via Uber eats at 6:30pm. I got my first driver, who was on a bike, well I had a large order. So when the driver canceled after arriving (waited 10 mins before canceling) we figured it was because he couldnt fit everything. We got a second driver, this driver also canceled after 10 minutes of being there. Original delivery time was 7:30pm. We then got another driver and uber added a statement saying there was delays but our third driver was willing to wait, after 30 minutes they canceled the delivery… then we got a forth one, so on and so forth. By this time it was 9pm… I tried calling but got put to customer service multiple times as they refused to answer the phone. I ended up finally canceling the $76 order… thankfully uber was quick to give us a refund. Over all we waiting 2 1/2 hours for our pizza, trying to give the benefit of the doubt… we have never experienced such bad service with pizza hut… go to Stoners Pizza, they were responsive, quick, and delicious.

I honestly forgot to write a review the first time, but after coming back for another delivery, I had to say something—because Tasharia was just as solid the second time around.

She brings that genuine, old-school kind of service that’s hard to find now. Helpful, professional, and always with a real smile, not the forced kind. She was juggling multiple things at once and still made sure everything was handled right, without missing a beat.

What stood out most is her leadership. Even when she’s busy, she carries herself like a team leader—organized, calm, and clearly setting the tone for everyone around her. If I owned a restaurant, she’s exactly the type of person I’d want leading my team.

Salute to Pizza Hut and the ownership for making a good choice. Employees like Shae are the reason customers come back.

I ordered delivery from this location at lunchtime on a Monday. It arrived on time via Doordash. It was overall tasty. They forgot one of the toppings that we paid extra for. The buffalo chicken melt was not edible, cheese not melted at all and flavor was not good. The pizzas we ordered, despite the missing topping, were hot and yummy. The cheesesticks were in a pizza box with the chocolate chip cookie, which must have slid around, so the cheesesticks got a little squished, maybe should rethink that packaging.

Great food, everything ready once I arrived. Only location amongst three in my neighbor’s proximity that wasn’t sold out of the items I was trying to order. Really appreciate them coming through!

I placed a $103 order from this Pizza Hut at 12:12 PM for my work department. The order was supposed to arrive around 12:45 PM, but at that time, the store manager called to say there was a problem and the order hadn’t even been started. I agreed to wait, but things only got worse from there.

By 1:45 PM, the app still wasn’t updating, and I tried calling the store several times — no one answered. I was transferred to customer service three different times, but no one could help. The food finally arrived three hours later, and even after delivery, I couldn’t get anyone at the store to answer the phone.

For spending over $100, I expected much better communication and service. This was a really frustrating experience and a huge inconvenience for my team. I hope management sees this and improves their order handling and customer support.

The worst pizzas I’ve ever received. First I ordered a big dinner box and got two regular medium pizzas. Not the actual square cut big dinner box. -___- . Worst of all the pizzas were doughy and undercooked. The pan wasn’t fluffy and cheesy. Which is the man reason to ever even go to PH.

The manager made sure we got our pizzas (12) fresh and on time when my card was declined (suspected fraud) and I didn’t know it. He reached out to me to make sure our party wasn’t ruined and saved the day! Thank you Mr Manager 12/23 morning shift.
