WILL be requesting a refund. They never get your order correct unless it’s carryout. My food arrived cold AND burnt. I have been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get someone from the store on the phone for a refund. I will be going in there tomorrow. Avoid this location!

I genuinely enjoy visiting the Pizza Hut location. The atmosphere is always light, welcoming, and well organized, even during busy times. Ordering is easy, communication is clear, and the customer service is consistently excellent.
My food is always made fresh and exactly to order. On the rare occasion something needed attention, it was handled quickly and professionally with no discomfort at all. That speaks volumes about the team and their leadership.

Just came through the drive thru last night and I didn’t have to wait really long for my order and the young lady that assisted me was super friendly. I believe she said her name was Trinity. Once I got home our pizza was made perfectly and my family had no complaints!

First off I want my money back. They never get my pizza right. I’m always missing something(toppings)on my pizza. My melt/canzone is empty barely put anything in it,and this time I only got one in the box with no sauce on the side ever.My cheesesticks hard as hell and burnt. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Pizza Hut! I ordered the pepperoni Lovers melt last night. It took an hour to make an hour to deliver. I live three minutes away. The lovers melt was burnt and had olives in the box. and they forgot the wings and the marinara sauce, but it was full. I called several times and they never answered the phone. I called this morning and they remade my order. I picked it up although it wasn’t burnt and they had the wings and marinara sauce. The pepperoni lovers melt was just about empty. It was barely any pepperoni or cheese. It’s like they took a half of a regular pizza and folded it over. TERRIBLE

Why did I do this to myself. I already know that this is low vibrational food but my girl had a 50% off discount with Uber eats and for some reason I wanted to try a pizza with no cheese. People don’t realize that the look of the pizza is mostly cheese, unless the company uses a quality marinara sauce and quality bread. That’s how I tell if the pizza is quality by removing the cheese. I also ask for extra marinara sauce and the marinara tasted like a thin ketchup, barbecue sauce. The bread is not quality and the sauce on the pizza is not quality. The meat tasted fine, but I just wasn’t satisfied. In fact, I almost couldn’t keep the pizza down because I knew it was low vibrational. I have to remember they place these stores in the hood food desert to keep us angry and unhealthy and I knew better so it is my fault.

I placed an order, they said it would be 30 minutes, about 50 minutes I called back to check on the order, they said I called the wrong store, I called others in the surrounding area and they didn’t have my number name or an order, I called the store located at 8411 GA 85 Riverdale Georgia 30274 then they told me I had the wrong store and They would retake the order again so I reorder it, then they told me it would be delivered before 10:00 pm, and I called back at 10:15 pm and they said they showed no order for me or my phone number. I told them just refund my money back to me. They said they couldn’t because I didn’t have an order in their system to prove I ordered one. I drove to the pizza place and I told them I wanted to pick up my order for Lena Padilla, it was a medium supreme. She went to check on the order and brought me a large pizza under the name of Khadeya, which isn’t even a name and it was to be delivered at 12 Summit Lane Riverdale Georgia 30296 which is the correct order and address, but the name wasn’t right. She gave it to me and it was cold and it has been setting there since about 8:30 pm. I’m not very happy with this situation and they need to hire people that knows what they are doing or have an experience staff member there during training a new person. I will never ever eat at another Pizza Hut for as long as I live, and I would never recommend you guys to anyone I know and I can tell you that the people that were in the room with me when I ordered had already said they will never eat there again so you just my business and you lost 6 other people’s business! That’s too bad because I really like doing business with you in the past but no more! I’m sorry it had to come to this, and I don’t appreciate your staff telling me that I was lying about my order!!!
