Why did I do this to myself. I already know that this is low vibrational food but my girl had a 50% off discount with Uber eats and for some reason I wanted to try a pizza with no cheese. People don’t realize that the look of the pizza is mostly cheese, unless the company uses a quality marinara sauce and quality bread. That’s how I tell if the pizza is quality by removing the cheese. I also ask for extra marinara sauce and the marinara tasted like a thin ketchup, barbecue sauce. The bread is not quality and the sauce on the pizza is not quality. The meat tasted fine, but I just wasn’t satisfied. In fact, I almost couldn’t keep the pizza down because I knew it was low vibrational. I have to remember they place these stores in the hood food desert to keep us angry and unhealthy and I knew better so it is my fault.

They really need to close this location. I called in an online order with a guarantee of 30 minute delivery. After 30 minutes, I called the store and received horrible customer service. After a few attempts to call, I decided to drive to the store location. OMG!!!!! Once I entered the store, I experienced the ghetto attitudes from the white manager and black crew. I knew I was in a place where there is lack of common education and demanded my money back. I’ll never spend my money with this company again due to fact Pizza Hut hires incompetent people to run their business.

The facility where my food comes from is great during the daytime but the night shift has other things going on. The food isn’t hot, sometimes cancel your order out of no where,never answers phone to accommodate you with a concern, some of your items are missing from your order.

This Pizza Hut is the worst. Order is never ready when it supposed to be and app clearly says ready for pickup. On top of that cashiers are stealing I ask for parmesan and red pepper flakes the girl tried to change me a 1.50 a piece.

Placed an order for the new New York style pizza did not allow me to go in and pick it up had to wait 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Pizza was not good at all not be returning, cashier act as if he was doing me a favor by going to work.

My pizza was beautiful. The cheesy bread was made well too. They were so kind and helpful when I came in to ask about my Pizza Hut account that was glitching when I tried to redeem my points. I was able to use my points on my phone and then pick it up in 15 minutes. Efficient, simple, and good customer service.

This was the worst experience , ordered family box at 8:05,it said it would reach at 8:51 ok waiting,just a heads up I live 5min away, so 9:30 I started reaching out to the driver,No answer, no reply to my messages nothing so I called pizza hut,and Addy answer first time transfers me to the Riverdale location, on hold for 10 mins,so I hang up and called bk the right number oh that’s what I thought, Addy answers again,to proceed to give me corporate information and transfers me again, someone answer told me, ok I’ll get my manager, I was on hold over 30 minutes waiting, no came.Dam!and 10:34 someone came with some cold pizza, the whole team let me down,.and no free Pizza could make up for the stress yall cause.
