I placed an order for delivery. I did not receive my order so I called back To the store where I reached an agent and she connected me with a store and I talked to a person named Brianna Williams. She was very rude. I was trying to figure out what was going on with my order. She was being Very combative like I did not place the order after the fact that I told her several time I placed the order and I had a text from the driver she proceeded to be very rude and talk to me. Very disrespectful. I will never go back to the store again I don’t even want my money back. This is the worst experience that I ever had. Thought Pizza Hut was supposed to be A respectful franchise I see now that’s nothing is respectful anymore in America

They used a third party delivery door dash and they just left the food on the floor outside the front door in the cold. Like who’s going to eat food off the floor it wasn’t in a bag or anything it was 2 orders of cheese sticks. I’m never ordering from Pizza Hut again very disappointed

Ordered 3 pizzas one being a Large Double Bacon & Italian Sausage Pizza but received a pepperoni pizza after paying extra for the meats. My pizza was sloppy you can tell it was thrown together. Love Pizza Hut but every time we try to give them a chance it’s a horrible experience. Ordered online pick up. Medium pan pizza and 8 boneless wings. Pizza not even covered in cheese. Over half the pizza had no cheese and the boneless wings were suppose to be honey bbq and barely covered in sauce. Total waste of money.

HORRIBLE!!! Don’t waste your time or money. I spent $70 to get 2 burned pizzas that looked like cardboard and were sitting so long they got cold (even though they said my order wasn’t ready for 30 mins after the system said it was). The garlic knots were very small, and the cinnamon sticks looked like a mess of dough and glitter slime, both also cold. The only half edible items were a few cheese sticks and the Detroit pizza (which was the ONLY item that was hot). The employee working the counter was not only rude and unhelpful, but also wasn’t wearing a mask. None of the employees were wearing them either. The worst part is, I decided to buy from Pizza Hut because of a birthday promotion they sent me. The experience was embarrassing and very unpleasant when I opened the food for my guests. Happy birthday from Pizza Hut I guess… I’ll be calling corporate to demand a refund. I don’t give bad reviews often so if you’re reading this, trust all the negative reviews, they are spot on.

I ordered 12 pizzas 6 cheese and 6 meat lovers. As u see all 6 cheese pizzas was burnt and extremely dry. The meat lovers was dry. I called spoke with Sylvia and explained and complained. She said “I’m just coming on there’s Nothing She can do”! I sad no ma’am not acceptable. She reached out said she can only give credit for 3 . I advised her I will cancel the whole order on my card! I need a credit for all 6 pizza’s!!! She said do what u gotta do!! NEVER EVER AGAIN. She also lied and said they showed all pizzas! I said u better run that camera back!!! Lies meat lovers was dry as well!!! Check the cook

Didn’t know they only have a certain amount of personal pan pizzas made everyday, management is lacking. I come here often (it’s the only one near me) and this is a very sad establishment. I visited yesterday and they had NO drinks, although I paid for one online…they need help. In all areas. A montg ago, I received a personal pan that was seasoned differently but was very delicious. The one I ordered yesterday was made by someone who couldn’t care less.

Pizza looked and tasted delicious! UPDATE 09.04.17: Added another picture- Premium Veggie pizza– ordered tonight. I never have any issues with my food—its always good. Never skimpy on the toppings either
