There was a roach baked into our delivered pizza. I wouldn’t recommend.
**UPDATE: the restaurant manager told the call center I had to BRING A PHOTO to the location for a refund. No email address to send it. So, I have to waste 30 min of my day to prove they’re infested? Here is your picture mgmt. This is disgusting and embarrassing for you- and the recovery? Non-existent.

This location is horrible. They Burnt my pizza as you can see in the picture. They wanted me To find a way to get up there just to help me. The Main reason why I ordered delivery was because I didn’t have my car to go get it and they didn’t try to do anything about it. Never again, I’ll stick with Papa John’s because they know how to treat their customers. Definitely would not recommend

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had! I have absolutely no plans to return to any Pizza Hut again. I the food not only aesthetically basic but the taste is not authentic to Pizza Hut! At the least can u get enough cheese to cover the pizza!

My husband and I do not eat out often due to the financial struggle the whole country is in. We get take out maybe once a month. I’ve been dying to get the cheesy bite pizza as I had it six years ago and loved it. This time it was awful. The pizza was small(see ad attached with photos as well as TikTok of people eating it) the cheesy bites were all empty with burnt cheese on the bottom of the pie, the ranch flight is supposed to be 3 or 5 ounce cups as advertised, I got a one ounce cup not even half full!! I used my rewards for a free breadsticks as well and they were cold, hard and had ZERO seasoning. A waste of my rewards. I called the manager once we got home to dig in to express my concerns over the poor quality and request a remake. The manager was so rude and said no he would not remake the pizza or give any refunds. Now I wasted almost $16.00 on food I wouldn’t even feed my dog. I worked in the food industry for almost a decade from, cashier, to server, to bartender, to manager and finally GM. I hate to complain because of my experience in the industry but this is unacceptable.

They make good pizza but they get my order wrong every. Single. Time. I almost don’t want to complain but I have to because it happens every time.. yall need to have a group huddle and learn some patience to get the order proper everything else is working. If I come here one more time and my order is wrong I’m never coming here again!

Spent 25 dollars on a pizza, Get home eat 2 pieces 15 minutes later I am sick as crap. My stomach starts killing me and then I get very light headed feel like I will pass out start having to use the toilet and then Vomiting. I think I will call the Health Department.

They didn’t seem particularly interested in correcting the order since I ordered on door dash. Door dash offered no resolution either. Typical ish in this area. Low standards are abundant.

I ordered 3 pizzas on a Sunday evening as a last minute thing. Made the mistake of not checking them before leaving. They were all so over cooked that the sauce was literally dry. Never again. Horrible service.

I called Pizza Hut at 12:30 and was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. At 12:44, I called again to confirm, but was placed on hold. I decided to go in person at 12:53 and explained to the young man at the counter that I was still on hold and just wanted to know if my pizza was ready.
He didn’t acknowledge the situation he just looked at me and asked, “So what’s your name?” No apology, no courtesy. I gave him my name, and he brought out the pizza. It was white, hot, and clearly undercooked. I even overheard someone say, “It’s not done yet,” but they still handed it to me.
This was my first time ordering from this location and it’ll be my last.

I ordered the pizza deals. This food was good and hot and tasty. I had the edge pizza, a large pizza w/3 toppings and boneless bbq wings, a pepsi, chcken alfredo and cheese bread. Everything was cooked just right. Delicious!
