When I tell you that AJ went above and beyond, he did. No explanation needed. He is receiving a 75 dollar tip from me for a reason and that’s all that needs to be mentioned. I order a rather difficult pizza. I’m new to the Kennesaw area and I had my doubts about another location making my order but AJ followed through in every way. Not only with preparation but deliverance as well as quality. This pizza hut is my new go-to. Thank you AJ as well as your driver and staff. You are greatly appreciated.

I call myself ordering Pizza Hut. I’ve always ordered from this location but since Covid, it had fallen off. I took a break from ordering from them for a while, but tonight I decided to give them another shot. Ordered the personal pan deal with the boneless wings and added breadsticks. The wings and breadsticks were decent, although the breadsticks had so much Parmesan on top that it was chalky looking. Utterly disgusted with them and all these fast food places. $21 wasted. Smdh. Never again, & I see why I haven’t been ordering them for a long time smh. The dough wasn’t throughly baked, toppings were falling off as I picked up a slice. Never again will be ordering. An $8.99 credit on a next order isn’t worth my time.

If I could give this place a zero star I would!! I ordered dinner for my kids one Friday night and after placing an order that said it would take 25-47 mins I got my food 2 hours later and it was cold and disgusting. Putting it back in the oven did no justice. Then when I called the lady told me I only have 2 ppl working so it’s going to take a while. Well yall need to close down if that’s the case! Smh

Food is always good. But the service is spotty at best. They will take an extra 30 minutes to get your pizza ready and not act regretful or offer something to make up for their mistakes. Bad customer service.

Curbside pick up at round 1130am on a Friday. I expected to wait at least 5 minutes for the order but came out in 1. The regular Cajun season wings were crispy and delicious. Not too salty either. The pan pizza was a disappointment. Not brown enough and doughy. I’ll try and remedy this by drizzling a little canola In a skillet and get my desired crust. Don’t feel like driving and sending it back.

Ordered through the app. Found out the delivery was going to be made by Doordash. They were late. When the pizza arrived, it was cold. The order was incorrect. Ordered a Pan Pizza, received a hand-tossed pizza. Tried calling the store, kept getting disconnected after a few dozen rings. Finally contacted someone, asked to speak with the manager, was put on hold for 22 minutes before I hung up and called back. Eventually spoke to a manager (DAVE) who apologized and offered to credit my account back. Still have not seen the credit on my account.

I came here to order food, of course and they had messed up on of my pizzas. That’s fine I had to wait which is sucky, come home and the pizza isn’t even cut, just indented which is really inconvenient. Then the pizza was sticking to the box? Just overall probably not the best first experience

This pizzas I got tonight are absolutely delicious!! Ordered a big dinner box with three pizzas. My toddler ate two whole pieces by herself, and demanded part of another. She only demands seconds if it’s really yummy.
The man who made and delivered it deserves a raise. Very polite, and makes awesome pizzas. I’d asked for extra sauce, and he told me he made it himself, then delivered it with a broken toe!

Hard to enjoy my food when the GM is yelling at her employees the entire time. Was waiting on my ride and was there for a bit and she treats her employees like machines. Not ONCE did I see anyone take a break. Trust me. I would’ve. I asked one of the workers the last time they got a break and they said, and you’ll never believe this, “we dont get breaks.” DONT GET BREAKS? I dont even know what to say. This “GM” works her workers like machines. I heard her yell at an employee for needing to use the bathroom. He had been asking to use the bathroom for TWENTY MINUTES. This is outrageous.

Ordered a large pizza and it came very quickly. Unfortunately it was completely raw underneath. Totally blonde crust and zero color on bottom. I called the store and spoke with a lady who asked me “what do you want me to do”? I responded, I was just letting you know that my pizza is completely raw. She replied with, “I’ll let the district manager know to check the oven temps.” I was slightly stunned and just said ok then, and ended up hanging up. Now I am pissed , as I’m currently heating my own oven to finish cooking it myself. I’ll never order from this location again and I’ll have to email corporate (which I hate to do) to get my money back.
