I usually just do drive thru takeout, but 97% of the time, my order is correct, food is warm, and just taste great! I recently tried the Galentine’s heart pizza; it was really good. My only con was the crust wasn’t the normal yummy, chewy crust that Pizza Hut is known for. It looked more like a thin-crust pizza in most spots… equally good just not what the picture showed on the app. I’ll keep coming back because they get it right most of the time, and the employees there are always kind.

The Pizza Hut I remember and grew up on was way better than my last few visits. The last time I came, I said it would be my last because of luke warm, unrecognizablepizza. This time topped it off. Unbelievable. Pizza is luke warm, again, and the bread sticks were horrible and 75% hard and burnt. I’ve never had a hand tossed pizza that looked and tasted like a border line thin crust pizza..Highly upset and I would’ve went back to get my money back if I didnt already drive home..SMH. I wish Pizza Hut would do better and actually care

Delivery order. I won’t go into all the details of calling and the calls ringing and then disconnecting and driving up there to return incorrect order for a refund and being told the person who can refund my money is not there. I’m sure I’ll have to dispute it on my card. Will never order from them again. First 2 pics is what I ordered. Next 3 pics is what I received. Not even close. Lesson learned.

What happened to Pizza Hut. Food was like cardboard. Cheese bread is not cut. And all food was cold. No sauce on both pizzas. Wings were rubber like they were microwaved.

Been coming to this location for years service was ok. Yesterday I went to get lunch I was greeted with the most kindness and wonderful customer service. The young lady Heidi says she new to this location.. She made my experience the best, my food was so good .

Ewe. After forever at the drive thru window with absolutely no acknowledgement, I parked and went inside to pick up my order.
3 people working and each employee looked like they were miserable. They appeared to be slow for the evening.
Picked up my online order.
Breadsticks had to be a day old. They were rock hard and stale. (Bag was saturated in Oil)
Everything else was edible but, we will never go back. Used to frequent this establishment, never again.

*UPDATED* Pizza was not fresh like it normally is. Only live 8 minutes away and pizza was only warm and tasted like it had only been heated up. Horrible pizza.
UPDATE: Sent my concerns to their corporate office (as requested), and received an email on 9/24 from K. Wilson letting me know she was out of the office for the week and would contact me when she returned. As of 10/08 I’ve not heard anything from anyone. Not only did the local Hut sell me $37.43 worth of bad food; I have also found that corporate doesn’t really care.
