If I could give this location zero stars I would. Orders are consistently incorrect, I’ve never once had a driver remember to bring sauces or drinks I’ve paid for, and the pizzas can only dream about what it would be like to actually be cut.
The order tracker is a joke. Dont ever believe it. Im sure there is internal system manipulation to make the store’s nunbers look better than they are because I consistently get notified my order is delivered when it in fact shows up 20-25 minutes later.
When you have an issue, getting help is nigh impossible. The phone number dials a call center so you never get to speak to someone at the actual location. When you call and press the option for order issues, the phone rings for about 45 seconds and then hangs up, leaving you forced to press the option to place an order and then have to get transferred from person to person as you explain you’re actually calling because your order was wrong. Again. Of course because these individuals are not in the store, they can tell you only slightly more than the worthless tracker, and compensation options are laughable.
After four years of ordering from this location I think my most recent will be my last. As usual, my sauces were missing, my order was 20 minutes late, and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to assist. With half a dozen other pizza places within two miles I have plenty of other options.
Save yourself the frustration and hunger and order from somewhere else.

Food was prepared as expected. Chicken portion was good and very tasty. I ordered buffalo chiken bites and a personal pizza with extra sauce, no cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper, and dark crunchy crust. The crust wasn’t as crunchy as I was hoping or dark but overall was pretty tasty. Great price, quick preparation, and pleasant greeting at the counter!

The pizza ordered is not the pizza delivered. Wrong one, and it took over an hour to receive. I had to ask for a replacement and waited another hour plus for delivery. Would not recommend. Used to be good. No longer. Much better options available in the area now.

I ordered 3 pizzas online, paid for them and scheduled pick-up. I then drove to store #106 to pick up my pizza at 6pm. The doors were locked and no one responded when I knocked on the door even when they should have been opened until 9pm. There was one employee that I could see so I knocked more. No response. I then began knocking louder then banging on the door…… nothing from the employee. Then another customer showed up who had also ordered on the app and she was really pissed and started pounding on the door. Finally this kid came to the door and we asked him what the deal was and he said is manager had been in the bathroom for 15 minutes and that he was new and he was a terrible manager. I love Pizza Hut pizza but this was ridiculous. Lots of other options out there. The best part was he said he would just credit our credit cards for the orders ????? I am going to have to go back by there and make sure that happens because I don’t believe someone that would just close the store 3 hours early to follow up and actually do their job. Ridiculous.

Doordash took nearly 2 hours to deliver the pizza. After around an hour of waiting I called this location 3 times and was hung up on EVERY TIME. I went to the store and while sitting there waiting for the pizza to be remade one of the employees got into a fight with the manager and stormed out.

Got the ultimat Pizza bundle the pizza was just barly warm, taste like it was microwaved, cheese wasnt string, the chicken wings were dry and cold and the wrong flavor, the cheese sticks were cold, Was wanting good hot food on a cold day was very disappointed, got better food from walmart, I DO NOT RECOMEND EATING HERE,

Price online and in the store was $8.00 cheaper that what I was charged. Bait and switch. When confronted, they told me to contact Pizza Hut. I did, and have not been contacted back. IF you decide to order from this PH, check your receipt before you pay. UPDATE: Pizza Hut sent me a nice concerned reply that a member of the management team will get back to me in 3 day. Nothing yet after 2 weeks. But there reply makes it looks good on the review.

The pizza was not that great- it was ok but the customer service was stellar! I took the time to leave this review because the 2 male employees that completed my order were memorable, professional and left a great impression! Especially the older male employee!
