Stopped by to enjoy the Wednesday special of $0.50 wings (20 for $10). Staff promptly got busy putting together my order of 40 wings (Buffalo Mild & Garlic Parm) upon receipt. The wings were a bit small, but tasted delicious!

Ordered and paid online before they closed. I got to the building 5 minutes before they closed and they refused to open the door. They just said they were closed. I said I ordered and paid online. They said they didn’t make my food. I said I need my money back, they said I’ll be refunded. I said show me a receipt saying I’ll be refunded. Then they opened the door to give me the receipt. Terrible service. If y’all refuse to make an order before closing why take the order in the first place.

The sign on the billboard said, “Try the hut box for 7.00”, but when I tried, it rung up for $7.99. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention, she just said idk. She didn’t try to adjust the price or anything. They charge $1 for ranch dressing to go with my wings for the box. Wings without dressing for free is crazy!

I ordered a medium Pizza meat fees no pork I was so tired I asked him to have it delivered because they told me it would be 25 minutes I live 3 minutes away. My delivery fee was nearly $7 but I didn’t care about that. My pizza arrived with pepperoni all over it I’m not sure if they don’t know that pepperoni is pork anyhow I called to speak to somebody the driver told me he will get another one and bring it back to me but I have to call them first. I called they told me hold on they have the phone no one had the decency to call me back. So I drove to the restaurant I could have just picked up my pizza after all of this back and forth spoke to the gentleman at the front I think he’s the manager he did not even have the respect to say I’m so sorry that this happened to you no one apologized to me. He said I have to wait for the driver to refund you. I work with customers all day if this had happened I would have find a solution even say to me is there anything that I can do for you comp pizza something I don’t need it for free but it was just a suggestion they could have made. I am never going back to this Pizza Hut again. Customer service sucks. I got a full refund.
