Joe was so kind at the drive-through. We were even directed online to get the best deal. The pizza was hot and fresh, and the cheese pull on the cheese sticks was perfect. We love this Pizza Hut location. Plus, the pizza came in the cutest box!

My order was never delivered. After it was more than an hour late I called the location. After more than 20 minutes on hold nobody ever came to the phone. I then drove to the location and asked to pickup my order. I was given my order. The pizzas were burned. The cinnamon sticks (which was supposed to be mini cinnamon rolls) were boxed with the buffalo chicken melt and was overlapping in such a way that caused it to make contact with chicken. This item was primarily ordered for a vegetarian. I asked the employee to refund my delivery fee and driver tip. She went to get the manager to complete that. The manager was rude, lacked empathy, didnt apologize and ultimately failed to accomplish this.

Had a great experience at this Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what we ordered. The place was clean, and everything came out quickly.
Michelle and Lauren were both fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service.

I didn’t catch his name, but he had a gold grill and was absolutely awesome. Dude had me laughing and gave me some hype lol! Idk his name, but if he’s not running that place, I hope he does one day! Pizza was great too!

They say normally a person who is upset will usually leave a review and sometimes that is me. But THIS time I had to make sure to come and praise Joseph and his team for saving New Years eve night for my family. Very nice guy who didn’t seem to be phased by the day Im sure he could have been having as far as holidays go. But calm cool and collected. Definitely a great asset to your team. Definitely will be using this location more often. If you ever see this Joseph my family truly thanks you! I know it’s just pizza but thanks again!

I want to review just how wonderful, polite and professional the Manager was. My pick up order was missing my extra sauces. I made sure they were on my receipt. I then phoned in to the Cartersville location. Spoke with the Manager. She responded exactly how every customer would want someone to respond. You can tell, she cared how people do their job.
I have forgotten her name. Which I’m feel bad about. (I had a hectic day)
She offered to replace my missing sauces. She understood how those missing sauces could affect our experience. She was very relatable. In being Professional, she made it very clear it was not acceptable. I really appreciated it.
The fact that it was just, 2 extra sauces, was not a trivial thing to her.

So my wife’s weird and eats her pizza with no sauce. 9 out of 10 times i jave to wait for it to be remade. Eric did an excellent job getting my order keyed in and notifying everyone in the building asking how to spell sauce so they all knew something was up. Thank Yall!!!!
