We never have a good experience here.
The last time we tried, the order wasn’t ready and my husband felt like they missed part of it but realized before giving him it.
When we got home, the order was wrong. Toppings were wrong and one pizza looked like it had toppings removed and then the correct topping placed either mid cook or after, as the pizza was more done than the pepperoni. The personal pan pizza messed up had cheese missing from toppings obviously pulled off. I also ordered one as a pan pizza and received regular crust. The medium pizzas weren’t cut at all. Overall, it absolutely sucked. We didn’t even eat the medium pizzas.
The online help is AI bots and said they would forward it to the store to contact us.

This is $3 worth of French fries. I should’ve just went to McDonald’s. Absolutely shameful. Good luck with your business because you’ll never see another dollar from this household. Ever. Also congrats on being the one and only negative review I’ve ever left online. All my posts are 5 stars but THIS is some absolute bullshit. No more money from me.

I just had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience with the delivery driver from this location.
When delivering my pizza, the driver made the following comment as he handed me the food: “I’m just trying to figure out why someone would only tip me $____. That’s an insult to delivery drivers.”
I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It is inappropriate for any employee to confront or criticize a customer in this way. I was shocked and uncomfortable being put in that position, and it left me with a very negative impression of Pizza Hut’s service.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. This type of behavior is not only disrespectful but reflects poorly on your company’s reputation.

If I could give negative stars I would. This happens every time we order the cheese breadsticks from this location they arrive burnt to a crisp. This location is TERRIBLE and we will never order from there again!!!!!!!!! It is hard to even get a live person let alone a manager on the phone to help fix a ruined order. Don’t ever order from here.

This is by far, the most cleanest Pizza Hut I have ever seen in my entire life.the Food came really quick and was hot just like the commercials on TV insist they are. The customer service was great. I was greeted by Austin, as soon as I came in. I asked what is the best crust to get on the pizza and he delivered. This pizza is really good. He told me about the deals they have on the app and now I have the Pizza Hut app. I’m glad I stopped by. I will be eating here probably every week now. Very great iconic experience.

Never had problems with this store until a few weeks ago. This is the second order of pizza and breadsticks we have received almost raw in the past 2 weeks. Tried to call and speak to the manager and was put on hold until I finally gave up. If you order from here you apparently need to specify to have your food thoroughly cooked. We put it back in the oven it was so undercooked.
