Visited this location this morning and Timothy took my order. He patiently discussed with me as I made the large order because for some reason the site kicked my order out. After placing my order, he told me to give him 15 minutes and it’d be ready for 7 pizzas, and wings. I noticed he was also working alone. Apparently this man has it going on. I gave him 30 minutes because I had to run up to Emerson for something, and I picked the food up on the way back. It was ready and the food was perfect. Great taste, still hot like it came out of the oven, and the wings were spectacular.

I’m outside their delivery area, so we order for pickup. The store that delivers to my area is HORRIBLE and I refuse to use them. This location is wonderful! Good management makes the difference! Orders are made and cooked accurately, and the staff always seem happy to help you, even when they’re obviously busy.

Order here often, always make our orders exactly how we asked. I messed up my pickup order, and stopped in and the manager was the best help. She was very kind, and did everything she could to correct my mistake. They def have a great employee- she even gave me some better ways to help with my husbands picky pizza order. 🙂

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY $$ !!! Today it was a nightmare dealing with “BILLY”. My husband went to pick up our online order. My email said order was ready at 10:35 my husband arrived at 10:37am to pick up. Upon his arrival BILLY rudely stated someone else had already picked up my order. He offered to re make it and charged my husband $48.73. My husband paid without noticing cause he didn’t expect a such price increase, when my initial order total was $25.43. Then when I informed him the total was wrong he kept trying to over charge me saying my new total was going to be $30 something I told him I just wanted a refund and would go elsewhere. The worst part was that I used up some points for free things also now those are used and unavailable for me to use somewhere else. He definitely needs to be fired and replaced with honest caring people. Cause I see his name is already in other reviews here. before he makes this location shut down due to everything he is doing to us customers. How does someone arrive within two minutes to pick up my order and he gives it to them without confirming their order? Either way we don’t believe his story. I will be monitoring for that refund if not I will be contacting my bank to dispute.

Worst Pizza Hut in Acworth.
Food is always wrong, messed up.
I try every few months to give them another chance, hoping for new management, better employees. Time never makes it better. I got the 3 pizza box. Order was messed, then corrected.
All of the pizzas were nasty, dry as a bone. Ordered garlic parmesan crust. None of the pizzas had it. Crust on all pizzas was dry, crunchy like crackers. Sauce and toppings came nowhere near the edge. Nasty dry bad pizzas. This is a common occurrence.

I made a pickup order for a Half Melt from this location on June 7th. My total was $7.41 which was paid online when I ordered. When I got there to pick up the order I was asked to sign at receipt which I did. I did not write in a tip for this small pick up order. When the payment cleared my bank the next day the total was $10.41. My total on my Pizza Hut app is still $7.41 so some one added a $3 tip for themselves. I usually cross through a tip line, but given the location I was not worried about someone doing such a thing here. I guess I was wrong. I called the store and was told someone would call me back but they never did. When I called back a few days later I was laughed at and told to call corporate to talk to the “lady that handles the money “. Regardless i will never be back to this location, even though I live 1 mile from here, I will drive to the other location 7 miles aways instead. Disgraceful behavior.

Manager was rude refused to help me with a problem she created. Hot wing sauce, not in a container in a cardboard box that leaked all over my car seats. Now I have to have my seats cleaned. This was the Acworth Georgia location.
