This is by far the worst-run Pizza Hut I have ever visited. There is a complete and total lack of urgency, professionalism, and basic customer service. When I arrived, there were over eight people crammed into a tiny lobby, none of whom were greeted, acknowledged, or assisted.
Orders were literally sitting in the warmer, getting cold, while the staff never bothered to check the names of the customers waiting right in front of them. One woman had been standing there for over an hour waiting for a simple pizza.
The employees on shift were unprofessional, immature, and clearly not trained for a customer-facing job. Instead of helping the obviously frustrated customers, they chose to mock people who complained, even using curse words and inappropriate language loud enough for everyone to hear.
It was unbelievable. If you work any job — whether it’s food service or corporate — you should steward your position with pride. This location clearly has zero standards, zero accountability, and zero sense of customer care.
I strongly advise anyone reading this: do NOT come here. Spend your money at another Pizza Hut in a different area where the staff actually respects customers and understands the basics of their job. This location needs a complete overhaul of management, staff, and training from top to bottom.
Completely unacceptable. Bring your business elsewhere.

Manager Crawford was very helpful. Makes the freshest pizzas and has a nice personality. Made the ordering experience quick and easy. The staff is also very helpful and hard working.

I have ordered from here quite a few times and I have to say….it’s pretty terrible. They seem to get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. This last time the delivery driver (employee, not door dash) forgot more than half of my order. I always tip 20%, so super annoying! They said they would “be right back”. Never came back. If you call the store and ask for a manager the staff will hang up on you. Even if you pick it up the order will be wrong. Time before we ordered a pan and got original crust. It’s too expensive to always ne wrong. Go elsewhere

In my opinion i think this is the worst pizza place ever they took almost an hour and the guy forgot to ring up what i ordered and then he seemed so lost. the wings tasted weird i dont recommend this pizza hut.

Terrible experience! Wasted 40 minutes of my precious time! I called in and ordered here as I have done plenty of time in the past. The service and the food has always been amazing. However, tonight was different. I saw someone that appeared to be in management that I had not seen before. I couldn’t tell if it was a female or a male, however, they did not have great customer service at all. I ordered simple cheese sticks that usually are amazing at this particular location and others. The first batch when picking it up was burnt with what seems like a whole lot of something shook on the top of it. I definitely was not eating it so I said to the young lady, “this doesn’t look right and it’s never look like this before.” She was a white young girl and was very nice. She was willing to remake it for me. I told her that I would like it less burnt and to look like actual cheese sticks. Not burnt breadsticks with something shook on top of it. She said okay and proceeded to remake the cheese sticks. So, I’m waiting another 15 minutes or so. This person that I cannot tell if it was a male or female came from outside. They did not greet/speak to me as a customer when coming through the door. Neither did I see them wash their hands when they came from outside and into the kitchen area. Their first words to me was, “you got an order of cheese sticks?” Even still, no greeting! I said, “yes” and proceeded to pay. Before I paid of course, I opened the box to make sure it was good, only to look like the same cheese sticks that I asked to be remade before. This woman / man stated that that’s how the cheese sticks are. Me buying cheese sticks from Pizza Hut knew that that information was not accurate. So they told me that they’ve been working for Pizza Hut for a long time, I stated “and I’ve been buying from Pizza Hut a long time to know that this is not how it’s supposed to look.” Well, they then said, I’m not going to remake it. My response was, “and I didn’t ask you to” and walked out the door. But it was very rude as well as time wasting. I went right to another Pizza Hut on East-West connector where my order was fresh and perfect as it’s supposed to be. Now, I’m satisfied! So Pizza Hut on Windy Hill Road, please understand that this is a professional setting. It’s not intended to be a ghetto operational area. Please listen to your customers and make the food like it’s advertised.

Guess they had a stroke tryna cut it but also it’s trash pizza hard, barely any cheese & the gm was very rude. Like how are you mad at me that your employee messed up my food I paid for up? He wanted to get smart with me but obviously his employees aren’t smart enough to cut a pizza. Had to ask did the cutter have Parkinson’s cause I don’t get why there’s a pepperoni breadstick in the middle of this nasty tough pizza. Next time the gm tell me to come up there like a threat .. I will.

I got an email to use some points for a free medium 2 topping pizza so I used it. That pizza was great and fresh. I also ordered a large cheese pizza. That pizza was hard and tough to eat like it had been made long before I ordered it. It went in the trash because I had to go to work.
