Worst service ever guy in the back was cussing and fussing. They did not have all the ingredients and did not inform us. They lady at the front was rude and on FaceTime with some dude while “negotiating” my new order after I came when my pizza should have been done. I ordered a EXTRA pepperoni pizza and a veggie pizza with stuffed crust. this what I got. Cost me $48. Supposedly credited my phone number with 5 dollars. The kids were in the car and I’ll leave it at that.

They really deserve no stars !! This place is absolutely disgusting sells uncooked food !! I ordered wings and bleu cheese with my order and never received them. They said they don’t have wings but won’t issue a refund on just those items. How am I paying for something that you don’t have and you knew you didn’t have when you got the order no communication at all. Cinnamon buns were dry and old as well with brown spots all over. Overall a terrible experience. Never go here !!

I took one star from the five because the wait time is ridiculous, it seems like a bunch of children literal and middle aged work there and aren’t focused on getting the customers there orders in a timely fashion as if everyday was game day. The second star was removed because I literally live 11 minutes down the street off turner into harmony hills and they cannot deliver to me in a very nice neighborhood as well. But I’m sure they get on the highway to deliver to other customers. Smh, anyway here’s a picture of the Detroit style pizza, it was ok it would have been better if it was cooked longer. I recommend asking to have this baked extra.

This afternoon I ordered large meat lovers and 6 piece traditional wings, ended up paying $23.40 (plus I left a tip so a little more than that). To my surprise the gentleman who worked here professional; friendly. The food was SUPERB (excellent) by far this has been the best pizza I ever got from a Pizza Hut. Sadly I’m replicating from this area to another city within the next week had I not I’d be eating here more often. Thank you guys for doing a wonderful job!

Don’t order from this store. They have absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza last night and they never delivered it. I waited all night thinking it was taking a long time because of the rain but no they just never showed up. I received a “we’re making your order” on the tracking link and it stayed there. I should’ve known not to order from this store looking at the other reviews but I didn’t. Please do not make the same mistake I did and DO NOT ORDER at this store location.
Update: I’m here now to get my refund because no one ever answered the phone when I tried calling at 11:08am. I was on the call for over 15 minutes and decided to just get my refund in person. I show up to the location at 11:33 and there’s a handwritten note that says they don’t open until 12pm. So not only are their store hours on google WRONG but there is absolutely no one here. I’d think management would be here at least 30 mins before the store opened but no. This location just needs to be closed at this point.

If I could give this Pizza Hut location LESS than 1 star, I would. Tonight, not only did I WASTE over $30 on pizza that taste horrible, but THEY PUT PEPPERONI ON MY VEGGIE LOVERS PIZZA.
WHO DOES THAT?!! Some of my family couldn’t even eat (what we ordered) tonight because they put MEAT on an ALL VEGGIE PIZZA. This is the WORST Pizza Hut location I’ve ever wasted my money at…and they obviously don’t give a damn about changing anything!

I ordered my pizza at 9:35pm (from the confirmation email) and it’s now 10:53pm, still no pizza. I’ve called the store several times and got no answer. The last two times I’ve ordered pizza it had been dropped and still delivered. I was told another would be sent out and it never arrived! This is unacceptable. Please close this location Pizza hut.

This is the worst pizza hut in the country. Do not waste your time and especially your money at this place in on Evans Mill Rd near Stonecrest Mall. It also took them 2 hours to deliver a cold pizza one mile away.

It’s Friday 3/1/24 and I’m trying to order pizza for my Grandson, spoke with 3 different people at Call Center and was finally told that the Evan’s Mill Road location is Not accepting orders! What kind of mess is that. This is the same location that had the wrong order delivered to me before and sent driver back to pick the order up and bring me what I ordered. The pizzas were burnt on edges and top and the Super Supreme I ordered was charged for as such, yet was missing toppings! I will be contacting Pizza Hut Corporate with complaint, this location is so far past low grade. I prefer Pizza Hut to All other chains, at least I used to!!!!!
