Ordered online, 2 lrg pizzas, chs stix, bnls wings with Xtra ranch sauce, Came in and they handed me 1 lrg pizza and 8 wings, after I told them my order they looked at the receipt (which was in their hand the whole entire time) they went back and came back with a med pizza which I did not order one, finally the manager came up, “I think it’s the manager” looked at the order told me give him 10 mins. Finally after all that and me missing kickoff I got my order. What gets me is they had the order in their hand the entire time and never looked at it to make sure everything was correct.other than that ,The pizza and wings were very good

We ordered four pizzas from this Pizza Hut—two cheese and two pepperoni. Unfortunately, both cheese pizzas had almost no cheese at all; they were mostly just dough and tomato sauce. This is very different from the quality we normally experience at other Pizza Hut locations. In addition, the pepperoni pizzas were very dry. Overall, this order was quite disappointing, and we hope the management can address these quality concerns to improve future orders.

Most of the time, the pizza here taste good but sometimes they don’t live up to their standard. Wings definitely needs more improvement. Every time I order them, they are not crispy enough. I’m a local customer here and depending on who is working there, it’s either a hit or miss.

Awful customer service, waited in the lobby 15 mins no help. Called the store multiple times and no answer. Ridiculous, use to run a pizza store and you shouldn’t have everyone in the back and not have someone up front to greet customers.
