I recently visited the Pizza Hut location at Lake Center Pkwy, and I have to say—hands down, this is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to, and quite possibly the best pizza experience I’ve had anywhere in a while.
The food was absolutely fantastic. We ordered a large pepperoni lover’s pizza with extra cheese, plus some cheesy breadsticks and cinnamon sticks for dessert. Everything came out hot, perfectly cooked, with that ideal crispy-yet-chewy crust, generous toppings, and sauce that had just the right balance of tangy and sweet. The cheesy breadsticks were gooey and addictive, and those cinnamon sticks? Absolute perfection—warm, sweet, and gone in minutes.
Curious about who made such an amazing pizza, I asked the person handing me the order who cooked it. He smiled and said, “That’d be Mark—he’s our rockstar in the kitchen tonight.” Knowing a talented cook like Mark was behind the magic made the whole meal feel even more special.
What really stood out, though, was the lightning-fast service. We placed our order online and it was ready for pickup in under 15 minutes—impressive on a busy Friday night. When I arrived, shift leader Andrew greeted me with a big smile, had everything packaged up perfectly, and even double-checked that we had all our dipping sauces and napkins. His energy and efficiency made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. You can tell he runs a tight ship and genuinely cares about getting customers their food quickly and right.

I had a great experience at this Pizza Hut and felt it was definitely worth leaving a five-star review. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you want when you’re craving pizza. The crust was perfectly baked, the cheese was melted just right, and the toppings were generous. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was correct and ready on time. The restaurant itself was clean and well organized, which always makes the experience better. Whether you’re picking up, or ordering for delivery, this location clearly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. It’s reliable, affordable, and consistently good. Always great. They keep asking me to review and I keep forgetting. The food is always good, this is the cleanest Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen and the staff is always pleasant. The experience wasn’t top notch but the pizza and cheesy sticks were. Upon perusing the menu I found that Pizza Hut has no mention of pork sausage, which has always been my favorite. Is Pizza Hut catering to the Muslim ideals now? And when I ordered my meal (the triple box special) I could have sworn one of the two pizzas I ordered was “Pan style” while the other was “Hand Tossed”. But seemingly I was wrong. Don’t see how because Pan style has always been my favorite. Its not the same Pizza Hut that I remember. Before Covid lots of resturants that were good became either obsolete or changed in some way or other. It seema all the favorite pizza parlors have become take out or delivery only. Not worth my time anymore. Recommendations? Not from me. I gave 4 stars on service because the order was waiting on me when I got there. Other than that I saw no other service. Atmosphere? What atmosphere? I walked in got my order, paid my bill and walked out. No atmosphere. There is no more Pizza Hut dine in anymore. Not likely to return.

Wonderful experience I have received from this Pizza hut in Cumming GA. I usually go for meat lovers Pizza which is delicious. Customer service is excellent from the staff. I’m grateful for this gentleman JENNINGS, from whom I usually receive great services. He welcomes me will a smile everyday And I do feel welcomed.
