I took a shot in the dark at this one. Manager’s Special was good for a Large Pizza. This one will help me achieve my goal of weighing 600 lbs. Don’t forget to order extra cheese. The chocolate chip cookies are great too.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I placed an order online, and when someone went to pick it up for me, they were told the restaurant couldn’t find my order. Because of this, I had to come to the store myself.
When I arrived and gave my name, the employee simply responded with “oh” and walked away without any explanation or apology. A few minutes later, she returned and told me they would have to remake my order and that it would take about 10 minutes. By the time everything was resolved and I finally received my food, I had spent over an hour dealing with the situation overall — and the restaurant wasn’t even busy.
When they handed me my order, I was told they had accidentally given my food to someone else. The only thing offered for the inconvenience was a soda, which I don’t even drink. There was little communication, no real apology, and no effort to properly make up for the situation.
Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and basic customer service made this a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Service is not bad but for some reason Pizza Hut has been very skimpy with their marinara sauce. I even asked for extra marinara and still barely any. I don’t like dry pizza so I want be ordering anymore. I don’t see Pizza Hut thriving in the future.

Today, I placed an online carry out order for my kids for achieving their monthly book reading goals. I was able to apply their BookIt coupons 1x order at a time. It was easy to checkout and when I arrived, I love that this location has drive thru option, which is so convenient when you have a car full of kids! The staff members are always friendly and professional. My kids orders were hot & fresh. Very pleased with this Pizza Hut location!

My family and I have ordered from this Pizza Hut location since we moved to this side of Snellville which was now almost 2 years. The pizza use to be fresh, hot and well made. For the past two months the quality of food has gone down. The past two orders I placed were incorrect. Recently, they called and said they were out of the toppings we wanted. Tonight, the pizza was horrible: little to no cheese and scarce toppings. The rep I spoke with wanted to make it right and I commend them for that, but I got the remade order and it was worse. I called and let the Manager know the order was not any better. He said I would need to speak with the General Manager and placed me on hold. I was on hold for 6 mins. I hung up and called back thinking maybe they forgot I was on hold. The manager answered again and said he was getting the General Manager and I patiently stayed on hold for almost 18 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. The phone rang with no answer. I called back and the phone answered and they kept hanging up in my face. I’m not sure what the issue is with this location, but it has gone down hill… unless you have money to waste, I do not recommend ordering from this location. Save your money and time by ordering pick up from another location! It’s nothing worse than spending hard earned money on horrible delivered take out! I wish I could give a zero. They need to get new management or close the doors on this location! These are not duplicate pics. This is literally the first and second order. First large, then second large. First personal pan, then second personal pan. What makes it worse is when I spoke with the young lady about the way the pizza was made, she remembered slicing the pizzas and confirmed she also knew those pizzas were not made correctly, that why she honored the remake. She tried to correct it, but I guess the pizza maker and/management didn’t care… SMH!

I stopped by this Pizza Hut the other day. Gotta admit, the location feels a bit sketchy, but I was craving pizza. The store was cleaner than I remembered, which was a pleasant surprise.
The service was really good. One of the staff members, Brenda, was friendly and made sure my order was right. It’s nice to see that kind of attention.
Overall, I had an above-average experience. The pizza was solid, and the service from Brenda made it even better I felt acknowledged. I’d come back again!

I think the change of ownership/management made a difference. Things are much better now than before. I called on a Sunday morning and placed order with Darrell (sorry if I misspelled). Reached store, picked up pizza. It was ready before the quoted time. Darrell was quite personable. Good service. Pizza was really good. Crispy, nice dough, good taste. Good amount of topping. All around good.

This location has the worst customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first or even second time dealing with the same problem orders being marked as delivered long before they actually arrive, forcing customers to wait an additional hour or more. I placed a pizza order around 3:00 The system reported it as delivered at 4:27 but I didn’t actually receive it until after 5:30.This seems to be a repeated way used to manipulate delivery times.When I called to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold and never received a response. I had to call back over three separate times before someone finally answered my question. The explanation I was given was that the store was too busy, but no matter how busy a location may be, waiting hours for a pizza is completely unacceptable. I gave this location another chance, and it was clearly a mistake. The service is dishonest, the communication is unprofessional, and the customer experience is consistently poor. Someone should absolutely look into their reported delivery times, because they are not accurate.When the delivery driver arrived, she told me they dispatched it and forgot to tell her. So as a result yes it was delivered cold. A third party was not used. This was ordered directly through Pizza Hut, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a common issue at this location. The only person that even bothered to Offer an apology was the delivery driver.
