Always wrong. Delivery is spotty. Today was the last straw. Manager named Chris who was in regular clothes is rude, unapologetic, and does not care about his customers. They messed up TWICE. Had the nerve to tell us we are lucky he remade it. Then wanted us to take a smaller pizza than we paid for. I’ve never had an employee be so nasty before. This is our THIRD attempt of a hand tossed philly cheese steak pizza.

My P’zone had good quality: it was cheesy and soft; there was ample icing on the Cinnabons, which I’m really happy they have now. I would so much hate to have to work there. There are signs printed out from the computer in several places threatening employees with being docked or fired, it appears, if they put too much cheese, etc, on something. It was in all caps and it repeated how horrible the inventory was. It was very uncomfortable to see those posted around the viewable kitchen. Driving through Hampton and saw the street signs from a far so decided to stop in on the way home. Walked in and was greeted right away from the lady behind the counter, told her what I wanted and got my order made exactly and correctly and amazingly it did not take very long to get done. Dinner was great that night.

Very disrespectful couldn’t take a 50 when the total was 41. Just counted a drawer and had 3 to 4 hundred worth of 20 coundnt give me change tho. the staff walk around back and talk about you and the rest come out starring and laughing, then argue with you throw ur stuff on the counter and walk off pizza hut needs to have friendly people like the old one these young kids are disrespectful and the old ones who supported to be teaching is backing them i hate to pull this card but i felt the racism hard. The African American gentleman behind was treated with courtesy and respect. And on top of all that dosen’t know what different coins look like or how to do BASIC MATH its a joke shut it down till you find people looking for more than a paycheck

I placed an online order for delivery. I waited a whole hour and half and it never came. I drove up to the pizza hut location, not a sole working, no cars insight, and door was locked. I’m out of $60.00 as it was already processed out my account and no food. Not the first time this site has been with no staff when they suppose to be open. May as well close the business down. If you can’t operate a successful business then there’s no need to have one.

The quality of the food is definitely not worth the price. $96 for two pizza’s and 18 wings. I can get the same order at other places for $65 and it’s far better. They never even tossed the wings. The sauce was on the bottom of the container and they dumped the plain wings on top.

I’ve had good experiences using the delivery service from this location. Always fast and hot, today was no exception. I didn’t enjoy the cheesy chicken Alfredo though and I wish I would have taken a photo. It was just too much cheese and sauce but no real flavor. Service was still fast and with a smile.

Order included wings and meat pizza. Wings were great. I ate the wings first. I ordered blue cheese dip and could not find it in the wing bag. Later I found the dip in the pizza box. Disappointed with the pizza. First issue was I did not receive the crust ordered. Not enough sauce which created a dry pizza and sauce did not cover the pizza. Only saw 4 slices of pepperoni. The other meat ingredients were so finely sliced/chopped I could not distinguish the different flavors by taste or visually.

Called to place an order whoever answered thd phone was VERY rude we asked for a price of the family box and was told she didn’t know until she put in what we wanted. She end up putting it in as our order then got an Attitude when we end up not wanting it yelled to the pizza maker to stop making the order the whole time I was trying to make my order all u can hear was her phone alerts going off & ringing she talking & playing with the other coworkers I had to keep saying hello to see if she even paying me any attention PEOPLE WHO COME IN OR CALL TO SPEND THEY MONEY SHOULDN’T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS KIND OF FOOLISHNESS or an employee’s attitude

If you want a wrong order this is the place to go. After giving my order in person twice and waited 15 minutes I got a totally different order. Ok, they agreed to charge me $1.50 and make what I ordered, surely enough I thought it couldn’t be wrong as I spoke directly to the baker this time….sure enough it was wrong….please. how are they still in operation? My niece love pizza but im trying by all means not to go back….waste of 40 minutes and two wrong order.
