I would like to start by saying that my review of this restaurant is not a reflection on the employees that we’re working at the time of my visit. They were kind, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant itself is disgusting. Everything looks to be broken, from the hinge on the door to the screens in the restaurant. The floor is dirty. It looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a week, it’s clearly a very poorly run establishment. There were two employees working at the time, both were going as fast as I possibly could, but definitely seem to be overloaded with orders. No one was wearing Gloves or Hair nuts, that’s my only negative comment about the staff. It definitely felt like I was picking up pizza from a gas station more so then nationally known franchise!

Got there 15 minutes after placing my order. Pizza and chicken wings were already in the warmer. Pizza was not fresh at all. Chicken wings wasn’t hot temperature wise. Could not eat them at all. Ate 1 slice of the pizza. Oh and employee was sitting outside.

Placed order online got there to pick it up, I had already paid I asked for ranch the guy with the back brace canceled/voided my order expecting me to pay again. I don’t think the guy know what he’s doing this a precaution because banks don’t work that fast for a refund just pay with cash because he voided my order quick.

Literally the only place that took my order out here. Even if I don’t get my food- my GAWD. After 7 uber eats orders cancelled. I’ll take it. Had to go and actually make a phone call. THANK YOU for being kind.

Walked in and the lady at front took my order and immediately after sat on the window chair to watch a show on her phone, there was a vape on the counter and the person who made our pizza didn’t have any gloves just their bare hands making the pizza which is completely unsanitary considering I didn’t see them wash their hands prior or after making the pizza. It just made me wonder how many more orders they have made before washing their hands before touching other people’s food. Not adding I asked for a simple large Hawaiian pizza that ended up being 30+ dollars for just 8 slices, unsatisfactory service would be the least I could say about today’s service.

There are three customers waiting at this Pizza Hut door at 11PM. The store says that it’s open until 12AM, and the website allows order until then. This is ridiculous. Wasting people’s time and now extra effort has to be put in to call customer service and request a refund.
