Let’s start with me walking inside. Everyone is busy making pizzas, and I get that, but you can see me when I walk in. I wasn’t greeted at all. I stood there for all of about four minutes before the young lady walked up. She seemed as if she was frustrated. What can I get you? So I say, hi, how are you? She says fine, and I proceed with my order she tells me it’s going to be a thirty min wait. I paid and left. Once I leave, I end up making an online order. About thirty minutes later, I go back. I walk inside people at the window for pick up. Once again, no, greeting it’s at this time. I feel like that may not be something that they should do. Walk to the counter. Two people look at me. No one says anything. There is a young lady who is working drive-thru, and the gentleman seems to be putting pizzas in the box. I stand there while she serves all three cars from the window, one who pulled up after I walked in. The phone rings while she’s at the window. The gentleman comes to the register in front of me, picks the phone up, takes an order, then proceeds to tell me she will help me when she’s done. The young lady finishes, then turns and says yes. I say, I came to pick up tell her my name she’s cashes me out for the online order. Then I tell her I have another order. She asked what it was and if it was paid for and then asked me to show her my receipt. I said, “I didn’t have it. What was the reason you asked me if it was paid for I told you yes. If you can see the order it should show you if it has been paid for. I didn’t like that. She moves on to get my order.” Odered a large Meat lovers pizza it’s like the whole pizza didn’t get meat all the way around. Smh, it’s not a good experience this time at all.

Lady at the window was instructed to use our $20 gift card on a purchase and that we would use our card to pay the rest. Instead she swiped our card and told us the gift card didn’t have any money on it, we checked the gift card balance it still had $20 on it. Turns out she was too lazy to swipe 2 cards.

Lunch at Pizza Hut was just what I wanted. The two employees were busy with phone orders, in-person diners and such and were doing a great job! Shoutout to J7stin and Corey!! Thank you for a job well done.

It’s super bowl night and I can imagine the stress they are under because they are extremely packed. But they are giving fast quality food with a smile considering what they are having to put up with! Yall are doing great thank you! This place is way better now than the management they were under a while ago.

I ordered several times.. And my food was all mess up.. and cold. I ordered for delivery an it took them almost 2 hours before it got to my home. Then when I driver approached my door the food was not in the pizza hut bag he had it in his hands no wonder my food was cold. Order melts awell. I’m tried.. my kids And I was so Sad about it .. wasting money cause it’s never on time..

Never received our order, was placed an hour and half before closing, this pizza delivery restaurant apparently has no one to deliver, pushed the job to door dash, left our order sitting for an hour with no update. We canceled the order. Would review lower but am unable.

2nd time ordering in the past 6 weeks,both times pizza was dry and needed more sauce, this needs to be addressed by management crust is decent but not great,I’ve heard nothing but good comments from people on there wings so I decided to try some for myself, let’s just say I don’t know where people’s taste buds are these days,there are far better wings and pizza out there!!!

The prices charged, did not match the menu. Over charged for our pizza and was told it’s what the computer charges. Was charged $2.00 for a cup to get water. We were told over and over they couldn’t do anything about it it’s the new owner. This place was dirty and the carpet was filthy, full of grease and slippery. Will not be returning.

I’ve been going to this location for years and not once have they ever gotten my order right. I’d understand if it was a complicated order but it’s just a large stuffed crust with 2 types of toppings. I just want extra of one of them. If I pay 2-6x the price for extra topping please just give them to me. When I finally asked if there was a certain way I need to order/convey how much of the topping I need I was met with a snarky attitude. I’m done and won’t be going back. Corporate will also receive a call.

I was visiting from out of town and decided to dine in at this Pizza Hut. We seated ourselves, but the waitress never brought us a menu and the table was dirty. I finally had to walk up to the counter and ask for menus. A guy sitting in a booth with a baby told me that I had to come back up to the counter to place my order. We ordered and they started bringing our food out with no napkins, silverware or plates. We had to ask twice and never did get any silverware. The guy with the baby appeared to be the manager I guess and he had the baby sitting on the table and back in the kitchen area.
I can only give this place one star because it is so unprofessional and the customer service was terrible. The waitress never came to our table to see if we needed refills or anything. I would eat there again because the food tasted great, but I’ll do carry out next time. Do better guys.
