I swear I wish I could give them a zero. Who ever was working tonight 12/10/2025 between 9PM and 11:30PM should not ever be able to make pizza or serve customers ever again at any restaurant.

Genuinely appalled at how long it took for my order to be ready given how many other customers and deliveries that were fulfilled at the exact same time. I watched as up to 5 delivery drivers go in and out of that restaurant at least 3 times each while I was waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready at 6:30 P.M. My husband was not handed our order (2 large single topping pizzas, a pasta bowl and an order of cheese sticks) until 7:45 P.M and was not offered anything other than a sorry. We will not be back and hope that this establishment will do better for future customers.

I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable customer service experience I had at one of your Pizza Hut locations.
When I pulled into the drive-thru, the employee working the window did not acknowledge me at all. Instead, she immediately complained to her friend—whom she was actively talking to through her AirPod—about the drive-thru bell ringing when I arrived. From the moment I pulled up, her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, including visible negative facial expressions.
Throughout the entire transaction, she continued her personal phone conversation instead of focusing on the customer in front of her. I attempted to ask for her name twice and was completely ignored both times. She handed me my drink without saying a single word and then handed me my pizza with the same lack of basic courtesy.
As I took the pizza box, she suddenly decided to speak—only to tell me that I “didn’t have to snatch the box.” Given her behavior from the start, I felt the need to take it myself since she had been rude, disengaged, and openly uninterested in doing her job properly.
I have never experienced customer service this disrespectful. As someone who has been a manager for over 25 years, I can confidently say this is not how customers—or people in general—should ever be treated. Personal phone calls, ignoring customers, complaining about them within earshot, and displaying hostility should never be tolerated in a customer-facing role.
This employee clearly has a serious attitude problem and appears to hate her job, and unfortunately, that was taken out on me. I expect better from a well-known company like Pizza Hut.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as behavior like this reflects poorly on your brand and drives customers away.
They girl had a septum nose ring with hand tattoos on her right hand.

Ordered via the app. Was told order would be ready by 6:35. Got here a little early so I waited in the parking lot. At 6:35 i got in the pick up line. Got to the window and was told it would be another 20-30 mins. I said ok. Went back to the window 25 mins later and was told it would be another 10 mins. Pizza hut either needs to hire more people or pay them more. The is no sense of urgency. And the employees inside don’t seem to care. You have the drive thru person playing on their phone with ear buds in.l, right in front of the window. Total time to get food, and hour. Unacceptable

Pizza was made incorrectly, it had sausage and onions on it when it should have only had chicken and garlic parmesan sauce. Order was not checked at the counter during pickup by employee just the receipt. Employee that checked us out , didn’t hardly speak other than to say the amount due. Seemed mad that I came inside to pay and pickup as well as mad I didn’t tip for a carryout meal. I am not tip someone that didn’t greet a customer let alone speak outside or saying what was due at checkout.

Waited 20 minutes In the store for a prepaid/called in order. When I walked in the store, the manager said it would be right out. The store wasn’t even busy. Not going back to this Pizza Hut location again. The Pizza Hut on York Street is much better and the people there don’t have an “attitude”.
