It’s just SOUP!
Ordered 2 large pizzas and a double order of cheese sticks. Even though it was flagged as ready, when I got there I ended up waiting another 15+ minutes. Then after I brought it home – the one pizza was swimming in so much sauce it didn’t even cook! The dough was RAW. The pepperoni wasn’t even crispy, more like flavored rubber. The cheese sticks weren’t even cooked through. The other large pizza looked decent but after a few bites we realized there wasn’t any sauce.
I don’t understand how we ended up with a soupy mess in one box and the Sahara desert in another. That takes true talent. I know they won’t give me a refund so BUYER BEWARE!

WHAT happened to the toppings on the super supreme?? I ordered online and that’s the last time. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had since this place opened. Especially when it cost $16. I’m not Happy at all.

Picked up 4 personal pizzas for lunch for me and my kids. Took them home to eat. Not only were the toppings scarce, the pizza tasted like someone straight up poured dish soap into them. I called to ask for a refund and was told that it could only be done in cash in person (sketchyyy). When I told them that I couldnt come back and to please refund my card, I was told that the manager was “too busy making all these pizzas” to deal with me at that moment. The manager (Whitney) said that she would get to me later because she was busy. After reading other reviews, it looks like I might not be getting my refund, but you’d best believe im going to try. Super disappointed and it will be the pageland Domino’s from here on out.

Nothing has changed at this restaurant. Only ordered a pizza from this location because I got a free pizza after ordering one online in Charleston SC. The pizza in Charleston was great. The pizza in Pageland one the other hand was over cooked and burnt. And needless to say about 4-5 hours after eating the pizza I had to stay in the bathroom with an upset stomach. This happens after each time I have ate at the Pageland location. I don’t know if is how they handle to ingredients and the cleanliness of the restaurant, but something is going on. Will not be eating at this location again.

We didn’t get our cups or anything it took them 10 minutes to come and take our order and then there was a family in there and they have been there for over ONE hour and still didn’t get there food . They walked out too. That is the sorry place to eat in PAGELAND.

I absolutely love their mild boned wings. I love the sauce. They are always cooked do they are still moist. I prefer the flat boned wings as the sauce gets all over them and it’s dark meat so moist.

Very good & fresh pizza at this location. The app/website allows you to order items that this location does not offer. You don’t know until you get there to pickup. Instead of a refund I got a “complaint voucher”. Also, now when you call an order in, the order is taken by someone in India that is completely impossible to understand. Good job pizza hut, that’ll help your sales.

We ordered 7 pizzas for a church function, and when we got to the restaurant to pick the pizzas up, they said that they had already gave the pizzas away to someone else!! Had to wait again, and the cost of the new order was more than the original order! All they ‘could do’ was a $10 voucher off another order to use within 30 days. When the manager was confronted, he immediately got an attitude with my mom.

A group of us went to the Pageland Pizza Hut after church on Sunday night. I called in my order ahead of time. When we arrived, I went ahead and paid for my order then had a seat to wait on the rest of my party. One of the other couples called their order in ahead also. When our entire party was seated, we were THEN told that the resturant was OUT OF ICE! The service was SLOOOOOOW and there was only one person running both the register and the dining room. One of friends ran next door to the convenience store and purchased a bag of ice, then we still had to ask for our cups 3 times, and had our pizzas before we ever got our drinks. The pizza that other couple that called in ahead of time, was wrong. We asked for a pitcher of water and sweet tea, and was told that they only have 2 pitchers in the resturant. I have no complaints about my order, but IF I return to this resturant, it will be for takeout only.
