Ordered on the app for pickup. Said 15 min. Showed up around 20min and was told it’ll be about 15 min. Then the person behind the window just walked away.
Currently sitting in their drive thru pickup lane writing this review from their “if you have a spare moment, write a review” sign. Too bad I already paid or I’d just go get it somewhere else.
If you’re having trouble keeping up with orders at least update the ETA in the app. If I wanted to wait this long for pizza, I’d go somewhere with better pizza.

Young lady at the front handed me my food that i ordered online after i told her my pick up name. I went to the car to check my food and was provided the wrong order so i took it back in to let her know and i put emphasis on the fact that i opened each box to check it so she would know that someone’s food was exposed. At that time i watched her put the food back in the warmer and handed me my food. Very unsanitary to still give the customer food that was opened by someone else outside the establishment.

I’ve been a regular at this place for a long time now, and the current GM is running it into the ground.
Every time I see him interact with the employees, they look really uncomfortable, and I’ve even had a couple instances where he’s been a total jerk. I’ve been waiting for my pizza and had to watch him race his employees to the window or register just for a tip, as if he needs it more than someone working near minimum wage. I’ve even seen him talk to non-white customers in a very off-putting way.
There’s never enough drivers on any given night and my delivery orders almost always get sent to DoorDash. Whenever I actually get a Pizza Hut driver, it’s either an absolutely delightful Hispanic woman or a charismatic blonde guy. Any other drivers they send out are usually only seen once before I just never see them again.
When I actually go inside, I breathe a sigh of relief when the manager on duty is anyone but Ruben. I sincerely hope he switches up his attitude.

No care about integrity or even properly cook the food all the way just to rush it out. Barely any toppings. Don’t even get me started on the large pizza I ordered.

We ordered online and got it delivered, the order was incorrect but we just went on with our business. The delivery driver said they would make it right and they did! They showed back up a little while later with the whole first order redone! So that was super awesome of them!

Don’t bother, they don’t stand by their product but surely one day they’ll rip off the wrong customer and will find themselves in a lawsuit. If you serve chicken that contains fresh blood, I don’t trust your establishment to remake anything. To be fair, this is the second time we’ve had issues with this location (different issue). Refund or store credit? People work hard to make a living and expect edible food instead of having to spend more money to have a decent meal. Hard pass!

The Manager Chris was extremely rude and unprofessional and would not deal with the burnt pizza that was delivered to my home. He insisted that the pizza be taken back to his store for him to see after he insisted that only the crust was burnt. What’s the purpose of getting food delivered if I have time to go take the pie in for inspection when it should have been inspected for quality before being delivered. Chris has no sense of customer service or respect for a long-time customer as he hung up the phone up on me while speaking. He should be retrained or terminated if he refuses to treat customers with respect and ensure that the food ordered is up to par.

Ordered a pizza delivery at 10:15pm. At 11:30pm I called the store and they said my order will be on the way shortly and they were slow on delivery’s. Needless to say I never got my order.

Called in an order and associate answered the phone promptly and professionally. Informed me of the Specials and provided me with grade a customer service. The drive thru pick up attendant was just as kind and the food was ready just a few minutes after my early arrival the food was excellent and I’ll be back
