We door dashed the BBQ chicken pizza and the supreme pizza. The BBQ chicken pizza had no onions no chicken AND no bacon on it. It was just over cooked cheese and no sauce. Literally just cheese and bread. Both pizzas were tough like cardboard. It was the worse pizza I ever and we had to throw it away. It cost $34 too (bc we got the large stuff crust).

Got almost $50 worth of food, no good. I believe in reviews and I give great ones also but the flat I ordered was totally wrong. The bbq chicken pizza had no bbq sauce on the crust, totally dry and the boneless wings were hard, I will decline on sharing the pictures. We’re not ones to complain, but after so many times it gets irritating. Not to mention the situations I’ve had numerous times with the drivers which was not pleasant . I come there because it’s convenient but as many issues as I’ve been having lately, I’m starting to think going elsewhere is the best bet!!!! Do better!!!!!

Ordered online from pizza huts website. Ordered plain Alfredo pasta that was to have breadsticks with it and was given chicken Alfredo with no breadsticks. Tried to call the local restaurant since they contracted the delivery out to DoorDash but the “local” number went to a call center and the only options were to try to place a new order (1) or everything else (2). I tried 2 and hung up after 5 min on hold listening to obnoxious advertising on loop and then tried 1. Got transferred twice on this option being told they couldn’t help and have spent another 15 minutes on hold already. There’s no option on website to report problems with order, no option to reply to the email confirmation, nothing to fix it other than to be out the money for the error.

Cold pizza and garlic cheese bread. The pizza had no sauce, I’m not sure if they are running low on sauce or what. Just disappointing all around. 10 bucks for delivery and tip for whatever that was and shouldn’t there be some seal on it if coming from a third party? Shame on me for remembering the days that the pizza delivery actually tried to keep your pizza hot.

I was going to order supper from here today but the app wasn’t working correctly. I was right up the street at my dentist’s so I just drove down to the restaurant. It was raining so I pulled up to the window to it order. The lady said I had to come in to order. Why???? I was disappointed by this greatly. I don’t like their pizza any more. Its not as good as it used to be. My wife still likes it. You lost a $45 order today. I went to McDonalds instead. I doubt that I will come back here again.

Call center with an Indian guy, couldn’t hardly understand but made him repeat our order but he still got it wrong. Got a store credit but lady was rude on the phone.
I grew up with pizzahut — sux that it’s not even remotely as good as it was. Disappointing…

Had a $70 order and the pizza was soggy. The wings had absolutely no sauce except a splash in the container. Very upsetting and nobody would answer the phone
