I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut. I placed two separate orders, one for a pan pizza and one for a hand-tossed, yet both arrived looking identical: hand-tossed, dry, and lacking the distinct quality I expected. When I asked the attendant why the pan pizza looked exactly like the hand-tossed, he dismissed my concern and insisted it was not. When I raised the issue of extra sauce, he argued with me and only reluctantly gave me extra sauce on the side instead of making it right.
This is not just a mistake. It shows a complete disregard for accuracy, presentation, and customer satisfaction. If this is Pizza Hut’s quality, then all you are really offering is an overpriced version of Little Caesars with none of the honesty.
As a nationally syndicated radio host, I have a platform that reaches far and wide, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Pizza Hut. There seems to be no regard for product quality, presentation, or honoring the customer’s order.
I advise anyone considering Pizza Hut to lower your expectations significantly, otherwise you will walk away just as underwhelmed and frustrated as I did.

Pizza crust was bland. No one to wait on tables. The restaurant did not have enough employees. No fountain drinks. The bathroom had exterior locks with a hand written sign to ask for the code. Very sad.

Very nice inside new furniture, staff is friendly. Food was fast within 15 minutes. Bottle soda, but that is a great idea, no waste.. !! Take it with ya when you’re done.

I went to pick up my TooGoodToGo order but there wasn’t anything. Instead of having awesome customer service & preparing something, I was left with a nonchalant rude attitude from TYLER telling me that I should just cancel it & get a refund because they had already given out one. I tried telling him that it was no option on the app to cancel & I bought this at 12pm today. I asked for the store managers name, he said Eddie then proceeded to say “but he’s not going to do anything for you either” ♀️ While I was still talking he closed the window in my face. After a few choice words from me, I drove off. I’m not sure where the unwillingness came from when this location doesn’t close until midnight, so there was PLENTY of time to prepare something for what I ordered. No accommodation at all. Haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in years until last night. They had a bogo on medium pizzas and we got cheesy bread and a brownie. MEH to all of it. Won’t be eating Pizza Hut again any time soon. Small pieces of toppings on a soggy pan pizza, which costs extra, The cheesy bread wasn’t even cut into strips, just a 6×8 ish bread and cheese. The brownie was a pan of brownies very reminiscent of the brownies in TV dinners. We’ll be going back to Marcos. Better flavor, better fresher toppings, and not soggy.

I’ve been here twice, and so this is a combination rating of a 3-star experience and a 5-star experience.
The first time I placed an order from this restaurant, my order was wrong, and it took quite a while to get it. So that’s the 3-star experience explained below:
Notice the order ingredients and the pizza photo. No green peppers. Also I sat at the pickup window for a few minutes before anyone came to assist me. I almost thought that I was at the wrong window it was taking so long.
The other experience was flawless. My pizza was ready on time, the person helping me at the window was prompt and courteous. And the pizza was made as ordered.

Found a shockingly long HAIR in the ONE pizza I ordered for my sons and I.Told them we’d have a pizza movie night and after I found that hair I couldn’t let them eat it.
It was ordered at 10:00. It gets here at 10:40. They close at 11. I call at Pizza Hut at 10:45 to let them know and get a new pizza delivered or a refund if anything. Guy answers, I explain, he says nothing and just puts me on hold for 10 MINUTES. I call back and tell him I’m pretty sure somebody forgot me on hold. He tells me he’s gonna transfer me to the manager…. Who doesn’t even answer.
I call back and now he’s not answering my call at all. Tried a couple more times, no answer. This is my third call and I’ve been waiting 25 minutes on hold waiting for somebody to answer the phone WHILE WRITING THIS REVIEW.
Ordered on April 18 at 10:00 PM. Not sure which gentleman was working this shift, but I just think it’s really lame of him to ignore us when all we wanted was a hairless pizza or a refund. So we’re eating cinnamon rolls for dinner and I’ll be in tomorrow in person since nobody knows how to do their job over the phone.

The call center is a joke. I was on the phone with a guy who took my order and then put me on hold to call the store to confirm they received it. I was holding for 30 minutes and finally hung up. I called back to check on the order and was put on hold again for another 19 minutes before hanging up. People should be allowed to call the store directly. This is unacceptable.

Their salad buffet price is $10 which is crazy to me when you could step it up a knotch and go next door to Olive garden and enjoy a better one for less. What i disliked the most was you are allowed to eat inside but they no longer offer plates you have to eat out of your box they only offer bottle drinks and If you want to get a special you have to go online and order it yourself for pickup. A little much and very disappointing
