Pizza Hut needs to do better!!! Eating in black mold is not an ideal situation. Having your employees work in black mold or any mold for that matter needs to be corrected by DHEC at their next visit.

A shell of its former self… we were visiting and went to this location for the lunch buffet hoping to re-live the old days when they had a great pizza lunch buffet… what a total disappointment.. The pizza was awful… nothing like the way it used to be.. undercooked, and bland.. tasted like something you would get at a carnival. The buffet would run out and would take 10-20 minutes to replenish so we had to settle on pizza (scraps) that was sitting out nearly an hour based on the time markers. The salad bar was very lacking with topping and dressing options. The bathrooms are filthy.. place felt dirty.. lots of people and families/kids making lots of noise very few people on staff to handle a half full place with a unwelcoming attitude. The seats in the booth were really tight and worn. Saw patches on the ceiling from water damage that had black mold around several spots. After we were done We sat and sat and would up having to go up to the counter for the check. One of the worst dine in experiences in some time.. far far far better choices to eat in the area. And the worst part is a lunch buffet like this with drinks is nearly $30 for two! Its insulting!

This is perfect if you were born in the 70s or 80s this mecca still exists! It was like I was 10 years old on family night strolling into pizza hut ready for pan pizza and breadsticks. Honestly I am not sure if anything besides the drinking glasses changed, sadly no giant red plastic cups. But wow the pizza was exactly how it used to be in fact all the pizza was, and you cannot get that up in New England. I have been on the hunt for 30 years only to be sad and disappointed at the pizzas sold by other pizza hut express locations. This place is the real deal and if you’re in search of a 40 year walk down memory lane this is one heck of a place to start. Thanks for bringing back my childhood OG Pizza Hut. Please keep in mind this is pizza hut pizza we arent talking sallys, pepes, modern, zuppardi, or roselands but its still the king of chain pizza shops

Ordered a pizza online, went in to get it because it said it was ready, I had my voice box removed from cancer so talking is difficult. I waited patiently while the old lady that looked like a homeless person did everything but wait on me. When she finally got to me she said it would be a few minutes. When I explained the app said it was ready ay 7:31 & its currently 7:47, she made fun of my speaking abilities then tried to show me off, when I would not accept her bs, she looked again in the rack a saw my pizza providing she was lying. Never returning here or any other Pizza Huy if this is the caliber of employees and service.

Wanted to thank the female manager. She was kind enough to answer our call and have a pizza fixed for us.
**Twice we’ve ordered No Cheese with Double Sauce and twice we’ve gotten half sauce.**
We tried to eat it and it was terrible. Brought her a pizza, minus two slices, and she took it and had the toothless woman who made it come out and speak with us. I told both of them to just make a half pizza and we’d accept that. Manager left to tend to other things.
There was some back and forth and blaming on the maker’s side, but it all comes down to —> make it right the first time.
Again, we still didn’t get the right pizza, but at it contained the right amount of sauce; Just not the double spicy sauce we paid for.

The ultimate pizza throwback joint. Sit down order in at Pizza Hut. A wonderful waitress, Freida who loves that you can still dine in. Same great taste just adding in the salad bar, and endless Pepsi product refills..

I ordered pizza online. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. It took actually an hour. I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes. The pizza was not that good and the breadsticks did not have any seasoning on it and so it was just bread. Very disappointed, not to mention my kiddos had to wait till after 7:30pm to eat since it took an hour for the pizza to get made, instead of the 15 minutes that it said on-line.

When we arrived at 4:25, the lady at the counter said nobody was working the dining room until 4:30. She let is sit down. She then took our order saying the server will either come at 4:30 or another hour. It took 45 min for our pizza to come. Several people came in, sat down and ended up leaving. This was our second time experiencing this. Will not be back.
