I am absolutely disgusted with my order from this place! I ordered a pizza, and what did I find? A HAIR! Baked right into the cheese! Are you kidding me?! This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I lost my appetite immediately and threw the whole thing away. I want a refund, and I will NEVER order from this filthy establishment again. Get your act together and learn some basic food safety!

Order a Pesto Margherita pizza with the Tavern style crust. The first pizza arrived with no Pesto and pretty sure none of the crust seasoning. Called the store and was told they would send out the correct pizza. Nope, they sent a carbon copy of the first pizza. Cold, tasteless and No Pesto. Avoid this store. They don’t know what they’re doing.

The fries are 3.99 for a tiny box. Take a look at the picture. The picture online looks plentiful. I just had the worst experience. I love Pizza Hut wings even though they are way more expensive than anyone else. I got my order of 6 wings, got home, got all ready to eat and opened the container. There were only 5 and it was all drums. I was so upset. I called and they said they ran out of wings and that’s why I only got 5. I was like… why charge me the full price then? I paid at the window. Why just try to scam a good customer? The supervisor on the phone just kept apologizing. I went in the store and some shortish young man gave me attitude when I gave him the wings back and asked why they did that to me? I will never go back.

I’m writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the management at this establishment. During my visit, I witnessed the manager, “Garrett” , behaving unprofessionally and creating a hostile environment for both staff and customers. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in asserting authority than resolving issues. Several employees looked visibly stressed and uncomfortable, which made the whole atmosphere unpleasant. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and efficiency, neither of which were provided under this manager’s supervision. I hope that upper management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues, as the current leadership is severely impacting the quality of service and overall customer experience.

I usually don’t complain, but this is the third time we’ve gotten pizza delivered from Hartsville Pizza Hut and the crust is not done. I even ordered at 3:30 PM thinking well this will be not a busy time. They could get it done but no the thin and crispy is very doughy. I called and complained and the girl I talked to said well next time tell us to run it through another round halfway, no compensation or any service recovery, disappointed! I will think twice before I ever order from this establishment again!!

Just had the worst phone experience with Pizza Hut. The general manager answered, and it was clear she didn’t know anything about the store. I was put on hold FIVE times, and she still couldn’t figure out how to find my order! She ended the phone call by saying “That’s not my problem”. Seriously, how can a manager be so incompetent? It was beyond unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If she can’t even handle a simple phone call, I’m not trusting her with my pizza. Absolutely terrible management! I expect a FULL REFUND. I will be contacting corporate.

Anastasia, the young lady that checked us out has a nasty attitude and gave the worst customer service ever. Instead of informing us that they were out of fries for all 3 of our orders, it wasn’t until the actual cook, informed us after finishing our pizza. Anastasia, got an attitude with my mother, and stated ” yall cant get mad with me cause we dont have any, I cant control that”. The issues wasn’t that they were out of fries, but the fact that the cook stated that she knew that prior to taking our order. Even when the cook came and ask us if there was anything else we would like, she continued to be rude and nasty to my mother and I, but repeating her previous comment. This was not the 1st time we had this type of encounter with Anastasia, and from what I was told by others, they have had very similar experiences with her. She is very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and non- caring. She acts like as if she doesn’t even want to be bothered by any customers. We will be contacting the corporate office regarding our complaints and concerns surrounding Anastasia’s negative demeanor.

Terrible experience. Worst operating Pizza Hut I’ve ever been too. I was waiting for my order when I observed what look to be a higher management blk guy inappropriately interacting with a young girl with braces in the kitchen area. Made me feel very uncomfortable watching his looks and how close he got to her. I believe her name was Anastasia.

Order inside, waited outside. Went to drive through 1 car in front they took care of them looked at us left never came back finally we drove around and went inside. Got home food hard and overcooked. Bread sticks almost burnt. Not a good experience. Won’t go back anytime soon unless new management/personal
