Jamie the manager is horrible and the server I had I don’t remember her name she was a thicker dark skinned woman but she gave poor service and the food is to be desired. The only food that was good was the cinnamon sticks! Pizza Hut has gotten bad these days ! Stay away!

I ordered at 10AM and order hasn’t budged past preparing at 2PM (now). I’ve tried calling and keep getting the run-around when it comes to talking to anyone. The operators can’t escalate or help you past transferring you back to this Pizza Hut’s number, which will hang up on you immediately or after some advertisements.

This is the best Pizza Hut in Florence. This is the honest truth everyone is so friendly . The pan pizza and the personal pizza is top notch hands down. Chris and Takeya are very friendly and kind. Takeya makes the best pizza you can eat at Pizza Hut. So if you’re in the surrounding area please give these guys a try…. Highly recommended..
