Literally the best Pizza I’ve ever Had from Pizza Hut in a very long time…cooked to perfection. I ordered a veggie pizza and it was perfectly well done as I requested. The manager was friendly and quick to assist when I arrived to pick up my order. The pizza looked so good, I couldn’t help but to eat a slice in the parking lot and on the way home. Keep up the great work ☺️

We went to pizza Hut for the first time at Irby st, Florence..
The place was quiet empty and I was not surprised after having our dinner in this place..
They didnt put the price on the menu…they didnt have salad garden and it took almost half an hour to get our order…
We paid more than 23$ for one thin crispy crush medium supreme pizza and one pepsi ..

My wife and I bought a New Yorker between 7:00 and 8:00pm last evening. We asked for extra cheese and pepperoni but got none. Our pizza should have been in a warmer, but it was sitting on their counter. Staff playing and didn’t greet us as we waited at the counter. They had terrible customer service and the pizza was thrown together. It was garbage and we won’t frequent their establishment again. Customers service doesn’t exist at most restaurants especially this one.

A big shoutout to Mr. Joe for his outstanding work — his dedication to keeping the place spotless and his strong work ethic truly stood out. Very disappointing:
My family went here for lunch around 11:30 Friday February 21,2025. The Staff was nice but clueless about cost of items,then brought the menu with no prices on it. So we had to ask about the prices of the items. The bread sticks and sweet tea were very good!! Even though we only got an ounce of sauce for them.The pizza was COLD and very disappointing. Little toppings no cheese could be tasted or seen and we were their ONLY customers in the restaurant. I haven’t been to pizza hut in years. We use to go a lot but I will not be back. I’ll stick with Hunts brother ,they are awesome anyway you order it !!! Plus, you can find them in any convenient store:( 🙁 My son and grandson was sick afterwards.
