Ordered pizza to be ready at 5:45. Arrived at 5:45 and and waited 30 minutes and pizza was still not ready. White guy up front was not friendly at all. We ended up getting a refund because they were taking way too long. We checked order online and it said it was ready. This establishment really needs to do better this is not the first time this has happened to us.

The food is very tasty. We ordered the pasta with bread sticks. Add a dollar for extra cheese you won’t regret it. The restaurant is not busy but the wait is quite long. Maybe there are big delivery orders ahead of us. When we got back to the hotel and opened the pasta container it’s not even half full. Very disappointed. We had such pastas over 20 times before in differentPizza Hut and it’s never been like that before. I’m not sure this is a one off incident or the restaurant is cutting corners thinking they can cheat tourists who might not return anyway. I suggest you open your container and look at the portion before you leave the restaurant.
Do go eat there though. The food is delicious.

This is probably one of my top 5 worst experiences with Pizza Hut. The chicken barley has any sauce on them and they didn’t even properly put it on there they just squirted it on there. The pizza was squished to one side of the box when we opened it and the cheese was all over the box.

Ordered 2 thin and crispy pizzas from here. Never had this issue with any other Pizza Hut. Both had uncooked dough under the cheese and were blonde and floppy. Thin and crispy should be crispy. When I called they said they would send someone out but 2 hours later nothing. I called again and was told there was NO WAY they could be undercooked. Of course there is. Anyone can figure that out. Didn’t want to argue with the lady but I was a kitchen manager/head chef for years. That included time in a pizzeria. Here are some examples of how the dough may have undercooked; Dirty pans, wrong oven temp, wrong oven time, too much cheese, too much sauce, proximity to the heat or just pulling before they were done. In the pics notice the sheet white bottom of the pizza and the gummy dough under the cheese.

Placed an order at 7:18pm. Delivery was supposed to be 30-40 minutes according to the app. At almost 8:30pm, I called to check on the order and the girl that answered said they were very busy and started making excuses. I asked to the manager and was put on hold. When the same girl came back on the phone, she said that all managers were busy and wouldn’t come to the phone. I could hear a female in the background saying something about how backed up they were. I again asked to speak with the manager and I could hear her in the background still complaining about how busy they were. The girl said to her that that I wanted to speak to her and I heard that female say “oh he’ll no!” and then she hung up the phone. Tried calling back to get manager name and no one would answer. Finally called back from a different number and the first girl answered the phone again. I asked for the manager’s name who finally came to the phone and was very rude. She continued to tell me how busy they were and still refused to give her name. She once again hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer before. If I could give negative stars I would. When the pizza finally showed up about 20 minutes later, I asked the driver the manager name and he played dumb and said he didn’t know her name. Pizza of course wasn’t even hot. Worse experience at a restaurant ever. Will never order from Pizza Hut again.

This place is a joke!!!!! I ordered 2 pizzas online through the app. I scheduled them for 5:45pm pickup. We arrived at 5:40pm. It is now 6:21pm and we still DO NOT have our pizzas. One man said that he had been there for an hour and a half waiting for his pizza. They said they were an hour behind. Could have noted that on their app!!!! Never going there again!!!!!!!!!!!
