Stopped by Pizza Hut recently and I’d give it a solid three stars — a little better than my last pizza run somewhere else, but still not amazing.
The pizza was actually pretty good this time. I ordered a medium pepperoni with breadsticks, and everything came out hot and fresh. The crust had a nice texture, and the cheese and sauce were balanced better than I expected. It still felt like typical chain pizza, but it definitely hit the spot and tasted better than some other locations I’ve tried lately.
Service was decent too. They seemed busy, but not in a chaotic way. The staff moved quickly and my order came out in a reasonable amount of time. It didn’t feel super personal, but it also didn’t feel rushed or careless.
Overall, it was a good, middle-of-the-road experience. Nothing that blew me away, but definitely satisfying and a bit better than some other pizza spots I’ve tried recently. I’d come back if I was craving something quick and familiar.

I usually don’t have an issue with this location but the pizza tonight… How do you mess up this bad to not cut it all the way The worst part was we ordered 3 pizzas and they all looked like this!! Taste was off also.

over 40 minutes late. tried calling the store. no answer for 25 minutes. ended up driving to the store (took me 5 minutes from leaving my house) because my ETA wouldn’t update and they tell me it was just picked up by doordash. we get back home to the pizza at the front door and it was truly awful. we’ve had pizza hut before and will never again as long as we live by this store

Swear no one here knows how to cut pizza or breadsticks. My child could’ve cut it better. The 5 breadsticks were just one giant breadstick. The pizza had 8 wildly different sized slices and wasn’t even cut all the way through. Not even a smidgen of effort from the staff.

For someone who works at T-Mobile and literally works in tech support, that issue that occured is ON YOU not on me. I put the code in and literally it shows I’m getting free cheese sticks. I wouldn’t have placed the order if I wasn’t getting those because Dominos is much better and cheaper. It’s not the money that matters it’s the concept. Then they’re talking out loud like I’m nuts and saying I’m discriminating. What am I discriminating about?? I ordered food and didn’t get what I ordered. I guess the 2.2 stars that this place has is discriminating too. It would be completely different if the place had great reviews and didnt have many more negative then positive. The only person that was nice was the man. He deserves a raise because he was respectful and actually cared. He came and made the situation right instead of screaming from across the store like the other 2 girls. She kept talking about being pregnant and dilating too. Some stuff should be kept personal honestly. With all due respect I hope her pregnancy goes well and she finds a job that better suits her needs. However, I just don’t see how I’m the one who’s wrong when pictures speak for themselves. I DID PUT THE CODE IN ON THE WEBSITE TOO! IT LITERALLY SAID REDEEMED. I showed them it too!

Pizza over cooked after waiting 55 minutes for order. We expected a little delay due to Super Bowl so ordered 40 minutes before picking up. Wings were good though. First time disappointed with my pizza at a Pizza Hut

Food was delivered on time, sadly through DoorDash but that’s ok. It was prompt. The food itself though? Nasty.
I haven’t had Pizza Hut in probably 10 years, and lets just say, I never got that nostalgia feeling. Ordered a pepperoni and a meat lovers. The pepperoni was somewhat ok, probably a 5/10, but the meat lovers? Tasted straight out of the grocery store frozen pizza section.
Definitely disappointed in quality; nowhere near how it used to be.

9/28 not sure if new management or not, but could tell a difference for the better! When I walked in a very pleasant lady and the team we’re clearly on top or things this time unlike the past. My order was only a couple min behind schedule (I actually didn’t think anything of it) and she made a point to apologize and let me know it would be right up. Everything about the experience was incredibly pleasant. Excited to see the positive changes !
