I ordered the pizza I went and picked it up. Went home had the wrong pizza called them they hung up on me. Went back to the store no apology no nothing gave me the correct pizza took the old one back across the counter. This is at the Summerville store on Bacon Bridge Road Poor customer service.

Despite the fact that Icalled in my order the pizza was not what I had ordered. But I could clearly see that this location was Slammed. However, the very pleasant and courteous phone girl not only corrected the error but placed a credit on my account for my next visit. She did it right and I highly recommend the Pizza Hut on Beacon Bridge Road in Summerville, SC.

Submitted an order online for this store. Received the confirmation email. Tracker link didn’t work. Attempted to call the store to get an update 20 minutes after the estimated delivery time. Automated system said it was cancelled. Waited 10 minutes to speak to someone and then reached out to the online chat after no one came to the line. Online chat said it would take 1-3 days to get back in touch.

I order 4 personal pizza and 4 20oz drinks for delivery. They didn’t deliver my sodas. So, I called and was on hold for 20+ mins. The delivery guy didn’t know what to do. If someone from pizza hut would at least talk to me. I would be mad. You don’t have to worry about me ordering Pizza Hut anytime soon. I gave them a 20% tip too! SMH

went last night an hour and twenty minutes before closing, young black man (appears ten years old) took my order with his back turned to me, received a three meat pizza and Italian bread order minutes before closing. There was one customer there when I pulled up and he received his pizza minutes before mine. Pulled to the window a few times to hear playful activity, cursing and laughter. I’m good won’t return
