Bacon bridge Rd just don’t care anymore for the food or customers. This location was the best now it’s horrible the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way, the bread sticks were different not the same as to what we have been getting for years and the customer service was horrible after they make sure there correct they want you to tip them as well. I don’t mind tipping but for work that is actually done and service are provided not when your rude.

The stars are mainly for my experience with the quality of the pizza, which is quite good, and for the one lady who seems to work there by herself most days. I don’t know if I have it correct, but from the two times I’ve been there and if I remember right there’s only been the one lady working there. Doesn’t she have any other help? It’s a lot on one person (and she works hard) to fix so many orders at an establishment that is constantly busy and that makes things difficult for customers, too. Because the customer has to face long waits because the one employee is fixing all of the orders.

I ordered a pizza at 7:15 PM and by 8:15 PM it had not arrived. The assistant manager said he would remake my pizza and have it delivered right away. By 9:15 PM, still no pizza and no phone call from the store explaining what the delay was. I had to call the store a second time and the store said they had no one to deliver their products. I feel the store should have informed me when I placed my order and that I would have to pick it up. I demanded a full refund that the assistant manager has assured me I have received. I cannot comment on the flavor of my pizza in that I never received one.

However, the very pleasant and courteous phone girl not only corrected the error but placed a credit on my account for my next visit. She did it right and I highly recommend the Pizza Hut on Beacon Bridge Road in Summerville, SC.

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite Pizza spot. For some reason, on that night, I was craving a personal pan Pepperoni and Italian Sausage pizza. The location was clean and the pizza absolutely melted in my mouth. Remembering the taste brought me back just 2 days later for the same dish.

I ordered 4 marinara dips with my pizza and breadsticks. They have gone from 50 cents to 95 cents a piece, that’s fine, BUT, it would be nice if they would have been brought to me. Once my order was delivered there was nothing I could do other than drive to the store to pick up marinara while my breadsticks and pizza got cold. I know these workers are not paid a living wage, but it would be nice if they could simply check/double check an order before they deliver it to ensure the entire order is there. Simple easy stuff they didn’t do.

never got my order was told by a rude employee to take it up with door dash and got hung up I was not rude i asked one question my order is not here can you get me my order or money back so now i am out 35 dollars you can’t contact door dash unless you order through their web page and they refused to help my order told me to take it up with vendor and the food went to apt e6 i am apt n2 last order came super late just this month had to order dominos pay 40 dollars and got the food in less than 30 minutes I am not made of money I had just got off a double shift highly upset with my treatment and being hung up i am in customer service this is not acceptable
