Staff was friendly and provided good customer service. Food was tasty and brought to the table fresh. The reasons for the low rating are as follows: 1) they have updated wall and miscellaneous decor, but didn’t replace nasty carpet. Where are the priorities? I’ve included photos for reference. 2) Not enough staff to handle drive through, takeout, plus other online orders like Grubhub, etc, and serve people in the dining area. 3) Seriously the worst bathroom drain I’ve ever smelled, and I’ve worked in a lot of grocery stores. I’m not referring to an issue that can be remedied by someone cleaning the bathroom; it needs a plumber, roto rooter, something. I don’t know who needs to address this between store management, franchise owner or corporate, but I want to make myself clear there’s nothing your employees that come in day in, day out could have done to improve this rating. They’re the ones that earned the stars you do have.

Pizza used to taste amazing, but now it feels bland. The wings are decent, and the deals are okay, but the fries were already soggy when I got home, and I only live five minutes away. The ambience isn’t great for dining in, so takeout is the better option. Unfortunately, the service isn’t very impressive either. Overall, there’s a lot of room for improvement.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with any pizza place—twice. The first time we ordered, we waited nearly two hours for our food. When it finally arrived, the pizza was ice cold and so overcooked it was hard as a rock. To make things worse, one of the pizzas wasn’t even the right one. We called to complain and all they did was refund $30 out of a nearly $60 order. That alone was frustrating, but we decided to give them one more chance and use the $30 credit.

Big mistake.

We placed the exact same order and still had to pay another $30 out of pocket. Got home and—surprise—the thin crust pizza was once again cold and practically hard-broiled. Didn’t even bother calling to complain this time. What’s the point?

Done ordering from Pizza Hut. This place is a total waste of time and money.

Love that this location has a drive up window…makes pick-up really easy. Their wings are expensive, but still good. Unfortunately, on this last visit the bacon on my pizza smelt spoiled 🙁

Ordered their bacon cheese breadsticks which wasn’t even cut into slices … and halfway through found a strand of hair. Oh what fun. Also got their Cinnabon cinnamon rolls and they tasted okay…just very dry.

Couldn’t get my payment to go through online had called the other store on N. Main St. and spoke with the GM Ryan he was gonna help me to where I can get my payment to go through, but that wasn’t the store that I originally get service from so I contacted the store this manager Said he didn’t know what he was talking about and could not help me. I told him what the GM was gonna do for me and he said that he didn’t know how to do all that I said could you call him so he could explain it he said I don’t have enough employees in here to be able to do That Well, how much is your specialty pizza? He sounded annoyed and put me on hold. Left me on hold and never returned. The delivery person was great. The food was OK, but I will not order from the store again.

I rarely leave reviews but pizza is supposed have sauce on it. THEY BARELY PUT ANY MARINARA SAUCE ON THEIR PIZZA!!! FORCING YOU TO PAY EXTRA. I’m never ordering pizza hut again. $31 to have 1 large,1 topping stuffed crust pizza delivered.

The pull in is a little small for it being off such a busy street. Parking on one side is more suited for walk-ins while the other side is more suitable for pick ups and of course the drive thru pick up window. By far, the drive up window is great. The times I have gone in, it has always been very clean. The staff has always been pleasant.

When I went to order over the phone as usual I was told by a female employee don’t know her name. Had to question, if I had reached Pizza Hut she didn’t announce who she was or what store she was answering for. She told me that due to the fact that Pizza Hut was throwing out thousands of pizzas at night because people were not coming in and picking up their orders and paying that they now found they had to get your credit card information over the phone. Will not freely give a credit card information over the phone. Pizza Hut really needs to consider using an automated service to collect that private information and then returning to a confident capable employee to place the order. The manager wasn’t much better. He kept repeating how many thousands of dollars and pizzas that they had thrown out because people did not come to pay. I explained to him that that was a shame that he didn’t bother to contact one of our homeless shelters. He could have contributed those pizzas and wrote them off as a tax credit and fed the hungry. And then he hung up on me. Great example of management or I should say a dei hire! Although I don’t know if they were the same pizzas that I was given. It was ice cold. I ordered online but was unable to choose a super supreme. It appeared online that there was an additional charge for pan pizza and not for hand tossed. Kind of funny and ironic. It’s always been the other way around when you go in the restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant within the 15 minutes that it said it would be ready when I pulled up. They immediately gave me the pizza. When I gave them my name. I found it odd. The box did not seem warm when I arrived at home which is only 10 minutes later and got ready to eat the pizza. I had to put it in my oven to heat it because it was ice cold. I don’t believe that it was a fresh pizza at all by the outward appearance of it. Sorry I didn’t take a picture so I could show you. It was $22 of waste of time and waste of good money. This Pizza Hut has always had tremendous problems but I found that I was able to work through those by physically coming in and picking up a pizza that I ordered online and paying when I got there. It will be quite some time if ever I go back. Pizza Hut is not a restaurant it used to be! Oh and here’s the real kicker in insult. When I place my order online it asked if I wanted to leave a tip. When I got to the restaurant before giving me my pizza they asked me to sign a receipt. The girl didn’t know why she had to do that just that she had to. Also, on that receipt again it asked if I wanted to leave a tip. It’s one thing to expect a tip when you provide good personal service. When you go into a restaurant and physically sit down and have a server, bring everything to you and check on you to make sure everything is going well. But the audacity of Pizza Hut to ask if you want to leave a tip for someone that is a cashier that hands you the food after you order it online. What extra work or service have they provided. I find that tremendously insulting to those that are a professional server in the restaurant business. They do deserve a tip for what they do!
