Whew where to even start… so I ordered by phone for carryout, was told about 35 minutes. Being Friday I figured I’d give them a little longer, just in case. 45 minutes later I walk into the tiny lobby packed with people. Finally a guy comes to the register and I’m able to give my name, not that it mattered, because my order wasn’t even in the oven yet. Guy said 12 minutes and he’ll have it to me. That was 20 minutes ago. If I ever get my food I won’t complain that it’s cold. I have people at my house waiting on me who love the Pizza Hut where they live. I hope it’s ready soon

HORRIBLE! My husband walked in to order. The entire staff was sitting around eating pizza. Too incompetent to even take his order. After having to repeat the same sentence 3 times to the girl, he walked out.

Placed an order at 5:49 PM. After an hour and a half, we contacted the store wondering where it was, as it had not yet been delivered. Brandon told us it was on its way and if it didn’t show up in 15-20 minutes to call him back. We waited 30 minutes, just to give it a little extra time to get there, to call back. He then re-placed the order for us over the phone, and told us it should be there in 30 minutes. Over an hour later, at 9 PM we finally got the order, only for it to be cold, dried up, and missing the four ranch dips we ordered for an extra 3 dollars and change. Took over 3 hours to get old food that I spent nearly 60 dollars on. Completely unacceptable.

I tried multiple times to place my order online, did not go through. When into the store and asked for the same thing that I attempted to order and was told by the manager- “we don’t have that”. The Big Box, btw. She then finds it on the POS. I asked about a T-Mobile promotion- which she said they also “didn’t have”. It’s annoying to be lied to, to your face, knowing that someone is just using their discretion. If your company has a promotion-just honor it. Jeez.

Do not order from this location! The pizza tastes left over even though it was just delivered. Somehow they didn’t cook the veggies but overcooked the meat toppings to the point of them being rubbery. The texture of the dough is thin but undercooked. Dominos and Papa Johns just gained more business from me during football season.

My family and I order from this location all the time and have never had any complaints. Yesterday broke the mold because I don’t know what was going on last night but our food was not good. Ordered the ultimate bundle came with two medium pizzas, breadsticks, boneless wings. For one did not receive boneless wings, for two did not get sauces for breadsticks, for three one of the pizzas had bacon pieces that were all fatty and not cooked, and for four called to express this concern and got no apology at all just do you want us to resend the food. I just said issue some credits to my account which they did but a sencere concerned apology would have also been nice. What is happening with basic customer service?? Maybe last night was a bad night so I will chop it up to that and not give up on this location just yet but still do better.

This place is crap. I order from here occasionally because I’m used to Pizza Hut having pretty good chain delivery pizza. This place however delivers the worst product. Pizza is usually wrong in one aspect at least and if you enjoy wings like me, do not get them from this ‘wing street’. Essentially I dislike this place because of the lack of effort on their part no matter what day or time you order. The picture is their premium boneless hot wings.
