Ordered online, didn’t get the complete order. They decided I should only get 6 of the 20 count wings I ordered.
Tried to call to get the issue resolved and the local number goes to a central dispatch of some sort. To speak with the store they transferred me and have been on hold with them for over 20 minutes.
Order at your own risk. Hate waisted time and money.

Dannnngg Pizza Hut is upping their game. I stopped eating about 6 years ago due to food quality issues from a location in Myrtle Beach but, they have really stepped up their game. My pizza was very hot, very fresh, and the new garlic cream sauce? MY GOODNESS! Protect that receipt at all costs and keep it around forever! This location is great. I also Doordash and they are always kind when I go in and have the customers orders nicely packaged, and ready to go Proud of this location for the upstanding customer service and quality they provide. Keep it up!

2nd time in a row they messed up the order. 1st time they gave us 1 wrong pizza out of 2. Next time delivery was 30 minutes late and driver gave us a pizza from Marcos. I called pizza hut and they asked I call back when pizza arrived and then didn’t answer the phone even after calling a few times and waiting. Once they picked it up then hung up on me. This is the 1st bad review I have given on Google as I also called corporate and there is no place to file a complaint and they say to call the place you order at. We drove to the store and they weren’t very helpful.

I ordered through their website, more than 2 hours later I have no food and no one willing to refund me my money. Since they have no drivers, door dash was supposed to deliver my food, the tracking stopped and when I call the store to find out what happened, they said door dash drivers cancelled my order to call DoorDash for refund. I call DoorDash, they said to call the restaurant for my refund since I didn’t order through door dash. I call Pizza Hut corporate and they don’t have a number to submit my refund. I had to fill out an online complaint form and still no refund. So now I have to wait 2 business days to dispute with my bank. The store clerk wasn’t professional, couldn’t submit my refund for order not received and only asked my number so his manager can call me another day. This is the last time I order from Pizza Hut. I will now exclusively only order through Domino’s as they always deliver my order on time, hot and fresh. The one time I had an issue, a manager spoke to me on the spot and rectified the issue. I am saddened this restaurant has dropped so far in quality and customer service.

Ordered $134 order for delivery. The pizza was delivered cold. We were missing 1 of our pizzas a chocolate chip cookie dessert and 2 2 liters. This location either clearly poorly ran or has slack workers.

This is the WORST location ever! We all know Halloween night is going to be busy! Currently there are 5 workers and believe me I understand there are lots of orders! 1 worker is walking around slow like he’s in pain! The manager has an attitude because people have been standing here for 40 plus minutes. One young lady is prancing around in her costume, and she does look cute! I only see 2 workers really working! Why take on many orders when you have people waiting for an hour? Our order was due to be ready at 6:14 pm! It is currently 6:58 as I write this and we don’t know what’s going on with our order!
