The overall restaurant atmosphere appeared dirty. The service wasn’t good. Worker complaining and Apparently did not know where my pizza was (originally I went to another location) When I opened my box at home the pizza was undercooked. The meats were falling off. The underside appeared light. I did call and the manager said she’d refund my money since I had to bake it more. She stated it was ‘too much meat’ on it. Well two weeks today, still no refund.

Decided to try their $6.99 My Hut Box. Which included a personal pan, and boneless wings. I was surprised how fulfilling this meal is. I had the Honey BBQ Wings, along with a Bacon and Italian Sausage personal pan pizza. Everything was delicious! This might just be the best deal going under $10 bucks.

I’ve ordered from this location plenty of times. First time writing a review. My most recent visit was for the Tuesday $3 personal pan special. The personal pan will Always have a place in my heart from the Reading program during elementary school. As an adult, the price is right ! Definitely a favorite when it comes to pizza

During the years, I have patronized this spot by using call-in delivery, curbside pickup and dined in. This used to be an excellent place for lunchtime, date night, and family pizza night. . I tried the Hut Box $6.99 special, and the 2-topping personal pan pizza was hot and delicious. When the cashier showed me the 4-piece chicken, I told him I hoped it tasted better than it looked. It didn’t. The chicken breast was hard, dry and over cooked. I tasted one, showed it to the clerk and placed it in the trash. It was nasty. He offered an order of bread sticks but, that was not satisfactory. He then checked to see if he could offer a discount on regular chicken. He returned to say he couldn’t. Also, the lobby needs a good cleaning and/or remodeling. The carpet at the entrance is filthy and black, the lobby is dusty and empty boxes are visible in the drink area. The bathroom was dirty. Fix the toilet dispenser and take the toilet paper off the back of the commode.

Everything in my order was wrong on some level. Paid extra for pepperoni lovers, only two pepperoni on each slice. Each cheese sticks box had no marinara and one box had TWO PIECES MISSING. My regular breadsticks had no seasoning or Parmesan on top. Cinnamon sticks were undercooked and raw. I bought an extra Parmesan shaker from them and it did not arrive. tried to call to fix the issue and they hung up on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered a large stuff crust pepperoni & ham pizza the first time we pick up the pizza it was super UNDERCook. So the pizza was took back and then the second time we got the pizza it was now burnt and hard to even cut . In my mind I thinking they can’t just make it correctly . So I decided to keep the 2nd one we began eating everything just state burnt including to the stuff crust part . If they can’t cook the food right because of the stuff crust and different meats then they need to take it off the menu .

I’m not even sure where to start, I just moved here and of course visited this location at least twice (to give the benefit of doubt) since it’s closer to me … I ordered contactless curbside and picture below shows how worker did not pay me any attention upon pulling in designated parking space so I walked in hoping to get better service AND PICK UP MY FOOD!!! Worker told me she’s not sure what happened to my order and cook stated to her that he already made it so look for it in the warmer, okay cool. 5 mins passed and still could not locate it… so cook told her that it’ll be another 10 mins on top of me already “waiting for my order to be cooked” need better staff… they don’t care about the job apparently.
