I had a free reward for cheese sticks with my wings and fries, and I had a feeling they’d be old since they were free—and unfortunately, I was right. The cheese wasn’t even melted, and I picked up the order immediately after it was marked ready. The cheese had already solidified, and the bread was tough, clearly from sitting too long. It felt like they were made when the store first opened and just handed off without care.
I also ordered ranch and didn’t get that—or any sauce for the cheese sticks. Just dry, tough bread with cold cheese. Very disappointed.
The boneless wings have shrunk too. They used to be decent-sized, but now they’re tiny, hard, and mostly breading. I’m sure the response will be the usual: “Come in and let us make it right” or “We’ll give you something free.” Nah, I’m good. I’m tired of wasting my money and time.
I went to Pizza Hut today for lunch and used a store credit they gave me because the last time we went there the pizza was cold and undercooked yet it was melted to the cardboard box (how is that even possible?). Somehow, again today the pizza was cold like it wasn’t even cooked thoroughly. We also got buffalo boneless wings and they were partially dry with hardly any sauce and they were hard and overcooked. It’s also unbelievable how small of an amount you get when you order 24 boneless wings. We’ve gone to Pizza Hut a few times in the last year or two and gotten pretty decent food but the bad food outweighs the good and I think this was my last time getting anything from there. You had one job, Pizza Hut. It shouldn’t be that hard to make decent food.

This Pizza Hut is usually good and the cashier at the window is usually very nice. Yesterday was not good though, the Super Supreme pizza I ordered barely had some veggies and pepperoni and sausage on it. It had no black olives at all. It’s usually covered with all of the toppings but it was so sparse it didn’t even look like it came from Pizza Hut. The cashier was not even very friendly, and they usually hand me the card reader and let me enter a tip. But she didn’t do that, instead she just said bluntly asked”do you want to leave a tip?”. She wasn’t even that nice and when I said no thank you, she sounded even more rude. Which is the opposite of the way the cashiers normally are. Usually whether tip is left or not, they’re friendly and nice. The sausage on both pizzas was also hard and just didn’t even seem fresh. It felt like a waste of time and money and like I could’ve bought frozen pizza and not had to deal with the rudeness or the hassle and then at least I would’ve gotten what I expected. honestly thinking I may just try Dominos or Little Caesars next time. This was a disappointment and so different from my usual experience here.
