So very sad today was our last day coming to this pizza hut in Saluda today was the last straw with the two women who work during the week during the day the buffet hours the white older lady with the glasses and the African American lady that works with her both are so rude will scream at you refuse to make you a pizza roll their eyes at you and everything else . We have tried tike after tike to keep giving our small town Pizza Hut a chance but with these two workers we have decided to not come back anymore and for now on we will go to Greenwood . Just straight up ugly and nasty the way they treat people and how the refuse service . We will not be back. I’ve been hearing a lot about how awful these two particular ladies are and figured well maybe they just have bad days but this is constant hatred towards the customers … so sad to be gone but we will not give our money to business to be abused

Hair in pizza … not touched and would only give half off the pizza… $45.00 is what I paid for a disgusting meal that we couldn’t eat. Corporate I have filed a complaint and would love to hear back from you. Owner of store 022509 feel free to reach out to me. Would have given you no stars if I could… service was terrible and busy, Sticky tables and unreasonable resolve to a health hazard.

Needs some major work inside. Tables all had a film on them that your arms stuck too. Lol smelled like a basement but the people were nice and the food was okay. Come on, order your food at the counter and then sit down which was strange for pizza hut. Just needs some work.

The pizza hut in saluda was totally awesome!
I called during the basketball game and ordered a couple of pizzas for the team!
They told me 15min. They were ready in 15 min.
When I arrived, the young black girl held a conversation with me about the game because she was from the area. I was rushing and wouldn’t have time to stop by the store, I asked if I could get ice cups, they gave me a bag of ice and some cups and said good luck on the game!
My son scored the winning shots that broke the tie between Saluda & Mccormick last night. I was on the pizza run and missed it. But I will say the awesome customer service I received made up for 90% of my disappointment!

I came to Saluda Pizza Hut seeking good food and service!!! I had a bad experience with another Pizza Hut store. I brought my nephew with me and we received excellent service!!! The food was good and we have been coming back to Saluda Pizza Hut ever since!!! We come from another town and will continue to do so!!! We are always being asked is everything ok, and given quality service!!! We will continue to come back as this is our favorite store!!! I failed to mention that we met the Manager Michael and he took us under wing after hearing we’d had a bad experience from another store!!! He is an awesome Manager and has made our visits a good experience that has made us want to come back to his store location!!! Thank you Michael!!!

Food quality was good . Called in a head of time had to wait. The order was not in cashier sight but was ready. Since she didn’t see it I had to wait 10 minutes. She finally asked cook about my order he grabbed it from above shelf out of view. It was ready when I got there. I get home no ranch or marinara sauce in the box . And didn’t apologize for the delay

Lexi Hess is a amazing Server she is what customer service should ALWAYS BE at Saluda establishment. I Think she mistaken us to have been in salada pizza hut often however this was the very first visit for me and my daughters, it won’t be the last because of her. We always reward great service and her surprise tip left her in tears but every since I was fortunate enough to understand how important it is to be a cheerful giver I’ve always done so. Food was amazing also.

Been here twice in my travels to Augusta. Service was great both times. But, of course there’s a but, the Hawaiian chicken pizza was the worst I’ve ever eaten. I really believe it was the sauce that tasted bad like stra8 tomato paste. But would stop in there again if I ever go back that way just not for the Hawaiian chicken pizza.
