I would love to give 5 stars. The lady that answered the phone when i FINALLY got through to the local restaurant was very understand and polite when I called with my issue. I believe her name was Sage. I explained we paid $6 delivery fee then tipped another $6 only to have to go to the store anyways to pickup the missing item. I was upset and she was calm and polite the entire time. Apparently the young man doing the deliveries didn’t double check our order. The food was good and delivered in a timely manner. I’m just tired of paying delivery fees and tipping only to have to go to the store anyways. This is not the first time it’s happened. Aside from that we are very pleased.**** Check your order before the driver leaves!!! ****
Update: My son went to the store and said the lady at the counter the counter was also very polite and gave us a credit for next time to cover our delivery. I’ve updated the rating to reflect the service. The food would be 5 stars if they added more sauce.

First of all, when you walk in nobody greets you at all, big guy with dreads sitting behind the computer on his cell phone the entire time. Lastly, I ordered pizza and wings, upon leaving i asked for ranch sauce, big guy said it would be $1.08, I said wait, I got pizza and wings and i have to pay for sauce!!! That’s ridiculous, sauce is free!! Never again!!

I ordered a Meat Lovers pizza and I’m certain that this isn’t the amount of meat that comes on it. I basically paid $21 for a handful of meat to be scattered over the bread. The crust was hard and flavorless. I basically just wasted my money. I guess it’s time to switch to Dominos.

I purchased a extra large pizza on yesterday February 17th 2026 and the pizza was very disappointing the cross on the pizza was hard and the service was bad I was very disappointed I see why I like to go to Santee Sumter to get my pizza I just decided to go to Manning because I was in the area and I wanted Pizza Hut very disappointed do better customer service poor very sad

Worst pizza hut I’ve ever been too!! We spent 30.00 for dinner and were happy to do so for a good meal however this was fsr from that. First online said it would be ready in 15 minutes we ended up driving 15 to get to the pizza place thinking it’ll be done when we got there nope… They said another thirty. Which was fine. Then we get it home it was all cold…. Got a cheese stuffed crust pizza it barley had any cheese in the crust and had a hole missing out of it. That’s right a Hole that looked like a bite mark missing from our pizza. Absolutely unacceptable. Will NEVER spend my money here again…..
