This location is not open until 11PM! Even though the front door says it is! Both the website and Google state this location is open for carry out until 11PM, delivery until 10PM and dine in options until 10:30PM. I walked in this location at approximately 10:17PM expecting to order carry out. I was greeted by an older gentleman who’s first words were “are you picking up.” Not the industry standard “what can I help you with” which I understand its towards the end of the day he may have had a long day but the store is advertised as being open for carry out until 11PM and dine in options until 10:30PM. So I replied “no, we need to-” and before I could finish my sentence this gentleman had engulfed his face with a huge smirking grin, the kind of smirking grin that let me know he was excited about telling me no, he wasn’t going to make me a pizza. Anyways in a loud tone of voice interrupted me and said SORRY WE’RE CLOSED. I replied “well the door and the website says you’re open.” He replied “yeah we need to change that.” Then proceeded to immediately walk off and laugh with another employee.

Walked in… And the guy that ran the register was sitting at a table eating something from a pizza hut bowl. As I walked in.. he proceeded to fully submerge 3 of his fingers into his mouth before he very slowly walked to the register in front of me and handed me my 1 pizza and 8 boneless wings. He told me my total was $43 and some change. After he assessed the look on my face after being in shock at the price of the order.. he said.. “well.. you did order some wings with it..” I left with 8 pieces of mediocre pizza and 8 boneless wings.. and potentially some old dudes saliva for $43.. And on top of that… The pizza was mainly vegetable toppings no meat.. Even though we ordered a supreme. I could get eight pieces of pizza cheaper.. handmade in Chicago or New York with much better service and quality. This is garbage.

Tonight we ordered two pizzas an order of bread sticks and a personal pan with fries. The two stuff crust pizzas were so thin and the dough was a weird translucent pale yellow color. That to me means they were not cooked properly or the dough was old. They were chewy and frankly in edible. The bread sticks were not cut. Just straight from the pan to the bag. The only edible thing was my daughter’s personal pan and the fries. I did call. The lady that answered was very nice. She gave me a store credit on my account but to be honest. I will not probably never order from there again. Fifty dollars worth a pizza in the trash. Should have stuck to our go to pizza place. So sad.

I’ve gone to this store (511 Smokey Park Hwy, Candler,NC) quite a few times. It has always been very slow, but I go back knowing that it will more than likely be slow.
This time when I went in (10 October 25) I immediately got yelled at by an elderly long-haired blond lady that the store is closed. I said the door says you are open at 10am. It’s 10:38am. She told me again that they are closed. She said the sign is wrong. I said you might want to change your sign. I asked when they open and she said, “when we are ready to open.” So, a customer is just supposed to hang for when you decide you are ready to open rather than you open when your posted time says you open. Not going back. Disappointing! BTW- I am pretty sure pizza containers shouldn’t be sitting on the floor of the store… nasty!

This location is extremely hit or miss. I’ve had pizzas that were absolutely perfect one night, and pizzas that barely qualified as pizza on another night.
The last one I got was a big dinner box where the corner pieces on both pizzas were about 50% bare, the remaining 50% had sauce and maybe 4-5 cheese shreds. What little cheese there was, looked like it was just slapped into the middle of the pizzas with no care at all. There’s no way someone saw that and thought “Yep, that’s how it’s supposed to be”. It was so bad I had to file a complaint, which I rarely do. The only other complaint I’ve made about a food company in the last 6 months or so was also for this same location and same problem of sloppy gross pizza. I wish they could get it together because when they are good, they are great. But if I can’t trust them to make my pizza even 70% right, I certainly can’t keep ordering from them or recommend them to others.
(You can see in the 1stpic where the corner slice is about half bare with extremely little cheese, and the slice next to the corner has sauce slipped all over and the cheese doesn’t even start until almost halfway down the slice. We ordered Dinner for the kids at 7:59pm on 12/1/25 to make a long story short never got it tracking are order said 2 min a way then 5 min checked 20 min away. cheeked back 30 min 45 min away. then we looked one last time trying to see where it was know its 9:45pm and said 88 min away. never got are food no one answered the phone at that location. and no one would help.

I ordered what is shown in the photo below, pizza shows up and its a completely different order, I called the store, and they put me on hold and I was on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up called back and now I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes, husband’s at work with the car, im stuck here with two hungry kids waiting on hold. Very upset, horrible customer service, this is the second time and there won’t be a third.

Ordered $70 worth of pizza and pasta, 2 pizzas made incorrectly, 1 undercooked (raw dough) pictures below. Called 6 times,they passed the phone around like a game,when you ask for a manager! Drove back there to have the lady tell me she’s worked there 7 years,she knows what the dough is supposed to look like. We were refunded for the under cooked pizza and told if we wanted our food remade it would be over 30 minutes. Avoid this store,or cross your fingers and hope you didn’t just throw your money away. The crust was clear and doughy in the center..not worth $70! Hell not worth $5! The other pizza was supposed to be lite pizza sauce,is drenched in it. They could care less about the customer at this location!
