“Saturday my husband and I went out to eat together at the Burnsville Pizza Hut. We dined in and ordered a Large Pan Super Supreme, some wings, a salad and bacon cheese sticks. The service was outstanding. Shortly after we ate we asked our waitress, Stacy, if she could tell the cook they did a great job. She then told us that the District Manager was the one who made their order as he was there helping out because it was so busy and they were short on staff. I loved that he was there. It speaks volumes of how people take care of their employees. We have always loved this location and now even more!”

Went through the drive through had to wait about five minutes even though very minimal cars in the parking lot. Employee came to the window. Super nice. Got my name and went and got my order. I gave him my card and he said he was going to check the pizzas and make sure they were right. So I was trusting he did his job as I was putting my card back in my wallet. Drove 20 minutes back to the house to open my pizzas and one being wrong. I ordered a 3 topping pizza with pepperoni, crispy cupped pepperonis, and italian sausage. The pizza i received was just the cupped pepperoni.

We have been eating at this location once a week for almost 6 months and we had an issue with the order through the online app this week. And could get no assistance. The main line is a call center, they can’t adjust or fix or even cancel anything. So they transferred me to the store and no one answered for 20 minutes. They took my money, we requested a call back from a manager and it’s Tuesday and have received nothing from them. Will never patronize them again.

I am giving 2 stars for the salad. The carrots were cut very thick and extremely large and the cucumbers were also cut into extremely thick pieces. Pretty apparent someone does not know how to cut vegetables for a salad. Honestly, someone Google how to cut vegetables for a salad. If you needed me to, I could definitely come in there and show someone how to do it. It’s pretty simple. Little things like that do matter. Pizza was good.

This place consistently undertops their pizzas. Even if you order a single topping and pay for extra of that single topping, they will undertop your pizza. I got a jalapeño pizza with extra jalapeños, and this pizza barely has two little bits of jalapeño per slice. They also can’t seem to cut a pizza all the way through. Long history of bad pizza here. I guess if I were them, I wouldn’t answer my phone, either. The wings suck, too, but that’s every pizza hut.

We placed an order for delivery as we have before. Our order arrived in an acceptable time. Unfortunately when we brought our pizza in and opened the box the pizza had sticks, gravel and dirt. We did call to let management know what had happened as soon as we saw it. They did replace our pizza but the driver that delivered the first pizza called was questioning us in an unpleasant manner. If the driver would have told us, “hey I dropped your pizza” we would have understood. Accident’s happened. Just own it.

Terrible service placed a carry out order got to location and no one ever came to help us. Waited at the window for 20 min then went to go inside but the doors were locked. Called and it goes to a call center who just transfer you to the store where no one answers. Never got our order or even a sorry. Never going back

Ordered a personal pan with pepperoni and extra cheese. Super Yummy! Alyssa rang me up when I went in. She went above and beyond for good customer service! Meant more than she realizes. She is definitely a valuable asset to the company!
