I truly love this restaurant. As a member of Generation X, I truly appreciate the classic Pizza Hut atmosphere. The menu is a bit updated, but many classic items are still available. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of seating on a Sunday afternoon. The service was a bit slow, apparently due to understaffing. When ordering, our first two requests were not available that day. Then when the pizza came, it wasn’t what we ordered. We were not offered any discount or a re-make, but we were there to enjoy ourselves after an afternoon on the lake, not to complain and wait another half-hour to eat, so we enjoyed what was brought to us.

Placed an order online. It was a rather large order. Said it would be ready in 19 minutes. That has to be the best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had in a very long time. I had a 30 minute ride home and it was still warm and so yummy. The service was amazing. The place was very clean and the manager was super nice. They were packed with customers but yet my pizza and wings were perfect just as if I was the only one there ordering pizza. I will be having this again in the near future!!

I would like to say to Michelle thank you so very much for your wonderful attitude and your absolute grace handling the huge amount of people that all came in within 10 minutes. You kept a smile on your face you made sure to do your job and do it very, very well. The pizza was amazing thank you to the kitchen who handled that as well. We didn’t figure it would be busy and Bryson city on a Sunday while we are here visiting. I’m just going to assume that most of the people that showed up also came from wise guys. Where we had just received the worst service in the world just simply waiting to order food. We are from out of town and we like to eat at local restaurants. This time Pizza Hut you did us right thank you so much.

There was some confusion with the employees. We wanted to dine in but we waited at “the wait to be seated sign.” After several minutes of not being greeted, my fiance went and paid before we ate…I ordered the salad bar, he got a Dr Pepper, I got a water. We had to ask for a cup of ice. We shared a large supreme pizza. They knew at that time we were dining in. Why in the world would your employee, Nik, bring out our pizza in a to go box. It was just odd. We had to ask for yet another plate to share the pizza. I saw an eye roll from Nik for needing another plate. Just a weird and unprofessional experience.

Terrible customer service. No one offered to seat our party when we walked in, waiter took 20 mins to come to our table after being seated. At one point I walked to the front counter to ask if we had to order up front or if a server was coming to our table. We waited another 20 minutes for drinks after our order was taken. After waiting over an hour after being seated, food finally came out. Restaurant had two tables seated at the time we came in. Staff acted like they would care less we were there. The only solace to this bad experience was that the food was hot and fresh. Will never come back to this location. 0/10 do not recommend.

The server was kind, thus the 3 stars, however did not share the details about the special, not giving the paper for me to read the specifics about extra potential charges, putting as either/or for the choices. I asked if she would let me know about any certain additional charges, and she said she would find out but did not return, thus assumed okay. So lo and behold extra charges at the end, and the boss was super inflexible about the charges when I was trying to understand them while paying, she rushed and annoyed acting, stating it as policy and all in the special information as if I was in the wrong for not reading it- which I was not given to read, did not know it was somewhere to read, and relied on the waitress for info. With her inflexibility as boss, not willing to understand the viewpoint of me as customer, then I in return was mutually rigid and cruel by not adding tip. The extra charges were the 18-20 percent tip I would have otherwise given! I did not wish to harm the server, but this was in response to the boss lady! The boss said Merry Christmas, seeing as no tip added, and I thought “back at you.” She was not too merry or giving in this transaction herself– action reaction! We don’t plan to return here, boss lady, no worries!

Great to find a Pizza Hut Classic! It took me back to my childhood to see the old school windows and interior decor. This place is a little ways from the center of town, but worth the drive. Stopped for dinner.. fast, friendly service. Pizza was ready in no time. Had two different staff members double check to make sure all was good. The place was non stop taking orders to go as well. Wish they had one of these where I live.

This is the best Pizza Hut in my area. The worker’s are pleasant and very helpful. I always travel the extra 25 to 30min to this one location because the one that’s near me is horrible. The food and service is top tier.

The restaurant was very clean, including the women’s bathroom. Service was a bit slow due to one waitress. Food was delicious! The salad bar was open and everything seemed fresh! Will go back!

Our family was traveling out of town and stopped by this restaurant. All of the food was burnt. We literally waited over 45 mins for my children’s cheese pizza. My oldest is special needs and doesn’t understand time and has so many texture issues. Thankfully he ate some of my pasta noodles and got full. Highly disappointed.
