Ordered The New York Styled Pizza It was cut into regular sized pizza width some pizzas was cut different, less pepperoni, dry and burnt crust tasted like saltine crackers when the crust supposed to have been hand tossed . I’m hoping for a refund this pizza gave me every bit of lil ceasers pizza for $5 just flat and dry not worth $21.30

I am so disappointed at the moment. I ordered one simple thing some bacon cheddar bread . At 7:23 pm

And they forgot to make it . After I paid after I was told 5 more min. She’s boxing it now . Then to tell me they apparently didn’t make it but we are now another 5 min . And I don’t know how to do a refund so I Will credit you half price discount for next time .??? Like seriously ? Lol . Reggie you need to get this group in check . They picked up someone else’s bread all putting hands and passing around to put back on the cutting table and close up to actually serve to someone . I’ve been in management of restaurant for a long time now this is definitely not the way to handle a mess up or to properly touch anyone’s food it’s very unsanitary! Very disappointing. I won’t be back for a while if at all after this . Sad thing I love Pizza Hut . But I guess it’s back to little caesars or dominos . And the girl
Met me at the door with the bread and said they threw a cheese bread in there as well . And low and behold it was the one they all passed around and out there fingers on looking to see if bacon was on it . I sat and watched them do it . Yeah I am not eating this you can see where they tore it to see . So no thank you. Remember this if you wouldn’t eat something yourself don’t serve it to other people to eat . Goes to show its better not to know what people

I placed an online order with them. They sent me the wrong wings. When I called to talk to someone, I was told I didn’t even have an order. They didn’t know what I was talking about & couldn’t do anything about it. Told me to call customer service & customer service told me it be 1-3 days before someone calls me back. This is ridiculous.

Overall everytime we come here this place is amazing , we usually come in the mornings when an older male ( Reginald ) works who loves his job more than anyone I’ve ever seen . He’s the sweetest soul ever and always gets our orders to perfection , we came once for evening pizza and it was amazing aswell when another female at the establishment was just as sweet and considerate . I’ll definitely be back !

This is the best Pizza Hut around. We have only had one problem with them since they opened and it was fixed asap. Reggie is the best. He has good employees. They are always nice. Never had hairs in it like you get at Giovanni’s. It’s always clean. You feel like your business is appreciated!

Overall this Pizza Hut is great, the people inside are super friendly and always nice. In the nicest possible way I would recommend getting orders out faster. It does take a while to get the pizza for deliveries. But overall 5 stars for the great employees here

For the past few months it’s impossible to get your pizza. If you have a pickup order they will NOT even start making it until you arrive to pick it up. When you get there then they start making it. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS! The only time you can actually get your pizza on time is when Reggie (the manager) is working. Then it’s always ready when you arrive.

Sometimes you have to wait but that’s to be expected. I’ve always received my food HOT and that really matters to me. Only knock on the place I have is the wings. They are the size of pigeon wings. I don’t know how this happened but this post was supposed to be a review of Little Ceasars pizza. I have absolutely nothing to complain about with pizza hut. Apologize for the mix up.
