This the oldest most run down dinning room I have ever seen at a Pizza Hut… The carpet stinks and has build up on it so thick that you can’t even see the carpet fibers anymore the ceiling tile is yellow and dirty…the tables and boots are completely wore out and the salad bars are in the way and not being used they have no fountain drinks limited on plates and silverware the pizza barely had any cheese on it and tasted like it had cinnamon mixed in the dough… I really hope Pizza Hut corporate will remodel this establishment so we can enjoy eating in the dining room again! Also the bathroom was completely run down and smelled of irine. Please tell your district manager so they can get something done! I’m sure the employees are trying to do the best they can in this nasty run down environment they have to work in… It needs remodeled bad… At least new paint new flooring and new ceiling tile and new bathroom fixtures etc. Thanks!

Ordered bread sticks, a buffalo chicken pizza and personal pan pizza. This poor imitation of food is what we received: “bread sticks” that aren’t cut and don’t resemble any other pizza hut’s bread sticks… I asked for extra seasoning on them and got none. My husband’s buffalo chicken pizza came with banana peppers and onions on it (which it should not have)…. This is the saddest pizza hut I’ve ever ate at in my life… and I eat pizza hut 1-2 times per week, sometimes more. Will NEVER eat here again or recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy!!

The food is fine. However, is this just a to-go restaurant now? Filthy dining room, just a few tables, no wait staff, just bottled drinks, and paper plates. Carpet is old and smells and the old buffets are sitting there unused and taking up space. Just a very odd experience. Again, food was good. Just trying to figure out what their plans are for the future.

I placed an order of wings and used to the drive through to pick up my order, only to have been charged $48 for 12 wings. And those wings were mostly fat. When I tried to call to get a refund or replacement I was told that I would have to go through the app and which I used to order it. So when I tried to go through the app and make contact, I got nowhere. Not even a response.

Online order: went to the site when the app said the order was ready. Sat at the window for 15 mins before someone asked our name. Then said it would be another 5 mins. That is a 20 minute wait after the app said the order was ready for pickup and the pizza was cold when we got it. The only good thing was we were going home and I have a way to heat it back up.

Called – gave phone number, name and order. Worker confirmed order and I received a total and timeframe for meal to be picked up. I said thanks and hung up. Arrived to pick food up and the “worker” said I “never confirmed the order” but remembered my entire order and asked if I wanted her to place it then. Lol. Save your time and find pizza elsewhere.

Went for a Birthday lunch party. The staff and owner were great, very accommodating. Food was good, hot. Restaurant was clean and decorated for Halloween. A very nice experience.

Every time I come to this location I’m stuck waiting in the drive thru for at least 15-20 minutes. I’ll even come 10 minutes past when it tells me too and I’m still stuck waiting. It’s ridiculous. Will NOT BE BACK.
