Ordered online today after 10am and it said my food would be ready at 10:22am. Got there to pick my food up and the door was locked. Knocked and nobody came. Felt a little uncomfortable with some guy hanging out near the door with a bag on his back. I called the pizza hut and they finally answered. They finally came to the door and let me in. The guy told me that he tried to call me because they don’t open until 11am on Wednesday. I said it says 10am on the website and on the internet. I had to wait for them to fix my food. The flat bread pizzas were doughy. Its supposed to be crispy. I will not be returning.

Don’t order the fries. Do not go to this store. They have the worst customer service. I work in the food industry and once this place gets your mo ey they could care if it’s edible or if they screwed up. Fries are way overpriced and barely fill the container. Spent $35 there tonight giving them a chance. Got to say very underwhelmed. The stuffed crust pizza is good the wings are decent not anything to write home bout. I liked the fries have ordered them before but never had this few in the container. Call in to speak with the manager and I’m told he is “busy” . So I explain what I received and the reply is “ok I’ll let the manager know”. Well I’d appreciate a call back and he tells me ok he will tell him. And tries to get off the phone without even asking for my phone number. No apology. No nothing. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend the fries. At least they covered the bottom of the bowl.
Edit lowered my overall score as the “manager” didn’t even return the phone call or try and speak with me. I get customer complaints are hard but that’s part of the job. But I guess he got my money and doesn’t give 2 craps about it. Won’t be back to this location

Went into the dining room on a Saturday evening, stood around for several minutes, no one spoke or asked if we needed help. Went and sat at a table, after another long wait, someone yelled from the counter they would be with us in minute. We never received menus, when we ordered drinks, nothing was written down, we were then brought warm water and warm tea because “the ice machine didn’t work”, which if we knew we would have just left at that point. When we asked for something else, we were told they were out of everything. Overall was a terrible experience and we left.

First time going to this location and we loved it! Ordering online/on the app was super easy! Just an FYI….use their deals listed!! If I put in what we got tonight without using their deals, it would have been double the price. So don’t miss out. Curbside pickup was smooth. Parked, checked in on the app, they came right out and said there was 4 minutes left (I was early). Everything was hot and delicious!

The young man who took our order was polite and friendly. The atmosphere was friendly, as some folks came in for their pick up orders, and the pizza hut workers recognized them and exchanged pleasantries. Everything about the experience was great!

Everything was great except for the chicken bacon ranch pizza. 6 pieces of popcorn chicken on top. Barely any sauce..almost tasteless. I do not recommend this pizza. Bring back the original chicken pizzas. The ones that had CHICKEN in them. Bacon and tomatoes and enough sauce to taste it

Placed an order for delivery around 7:20 tonight and at 7:50 the order says it was cancelled. Cannot call the store due to an automated message “we are now closed”. Google has the closing time as 11pm. Charged for the order but no updates to receive the pizza. We have no way to talk to anyone about this order.

Not up to standards. Food was so so. Floors bad shape, restrooms filthy. Needs to be gutted and completely remodeled. Once was best around, now all others are better!!
