The food was great, all fresh and quick. We ate in the dining room and got our order fast. I was impressed with the menu options along with Pizza, the cinnamon roll desert hit the spot! Staff was very friendly with my customized order and got it correct:)

I ordered delivery and none of the food was very good…like they are using substandard ingredients. One pizza had zero cheese so all the toppings had slid off the pie into the side of the box. I reached out and sent them a photograph but they did not respond. So, I paid for an order that went into the trash. Eating tasteless dry, under cooked pizza toppings just was not what I expected. I had a bowl of cold cereal for dinner instead. This was my first and last order with Puzza hut in Morganton, NC.

Went to pick up my order and sat at the drive thru. I could see people inside but no one came to the window, honked the horn, no one came so I had to end up going in and was told the sensor for the drive thru was unplugged. Got home and my cheese sticks were not edible. Looks like they dumped the entire shaker of seasoning on them.

Terrible experience. Had pizza delivered. Paid tip and delivery fee. Our pizza was burnt. I called and they said they couldn’t deliver another one, but I could come in and get 2 for my trouble. When I arrived the manager said he could only give me one pizza. We argued and finally he agreed to make 2 pizzas. (Which should have already been done) i waited 20 minutes. Walk to the register and they said we forgot to put your pizza in the oven. So I had to wait another 20 minutes. We all make mistakes, but they made several and didn’t want to fix it. Terrible customer service and not a professional manager. This place has gone down hill so much.

The food was absolutely delicious! The breadsticks and stuffed crust are a must seriously so good. The service was nice polite, and quick, the food was insanely fresh The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the establishment was very well kept Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend stopping by.

I placed an order for delivery and when it arrived, part of my order was missing. The driver went back to get the rest of the order and still didn’t bring everything the second time. I called the store to speak to a manager and was placed on hold and no one would ever pick up. I called multiple times. Here is a garden salad that I ordered. Where are the tomatoes? One dime size tomato in this whole salad and yeah by the way I guess I’m supposed to eat my salad dry because they didn’t send my dressing. I’ve never had this kind of service from a Pizza Hut before and I am a long time customer. I will not be ordering from this location again.

The service was horrible, took almost half an hour for some cheesticks while it wasn’t even busy (3 pm), and it seemed like only one boy was busting his butt working while the others stood around. Overall very annoying, do not recommend. The atmosphere was horrid because of everything being broken and nothing on the screens but ads.

You call them to ask a simple question(if they had buffet going today or not) and someone who doesn’t know English too swift has to put you on hold,only for you to find out that you’re on hold for too long(10 minutes),hang up,call back,same guy answers the phone,you ask again,and he hangs up.
You lost my business,maybe next time have someone with way better customer service skills,and can speak fluent English.
Village Inn got my business instead.

We ordered a Pepperoni lovers pizza and it turned out to be a regular Pepperoni pizza. The Meat lovers was ordered with no pork sausage, still full of sausage! What’s worse there was a piece missing out of our pizza ! We should of checked the pizzas before we left but it was late and just wanted to get home. I will not get pizza there again . The girl at the counter was very nice , I doubt she she checked the pizza either .
