I ordered the Stuffed crust with extra cheese, pepperoni and Italian sausage. It was nothing near the expectations Pizza Hut describes even without the extras. I’ve attached pictures. This is my 2nd take out order from this location, I was hoping someone was possibly training, but this one convinced me differently… I did not dine in therefore I cannot give an opinion of the atmosphere, the service at the pick up counter was very friendly. I give them 2 stars due to the friendliness.

Ordered a small pizza and cheesy bread at 9:30pm, cook that was there was very polite, however, the cashier that took our order was rude, she rushed us so she could count her drawer and refused to give me a receipt for my order. I work in food service as well, I get it, it’s late and she’s trying to clock out but that’s no excuse to be rude to someone who was not rude back. Food was good, wouldn’t go back at night when she’s working though.

We waited 35 minutes after placing order and we asked if they lost our order because others were being served that came after us. She asked what we ordered. She offered something different than what we ordered. We chose to leave. There were only four couple’s in there including us.

I doordash, from here all the time. They’re really friendly inside and always helpful. I did have a little bit of a problem yesterday with the ice. I think that this company should invest in some ice melts because I slipped really hard and hurt. My back already had an injury on my back but I injured it worse so that would be my only thing. Please try to get the ice melted or taken up at the entrance of your store.

Just want to send a shoutout to the crew that was working on Sunday, Sept. 28th. at lunch time. A group from our church, about 15 of us rolled in there and although they were very short staffed, they made sure the buffet was filled with numerous selections of pizza and breadsticks and pasta. while there was no salad available we had plenty of pizza to fill our bellys. The staff were very friendly and stayed attentive to not only our group but the many other families that were there as well. I hope the staff from that day get the recognition that they well deserved.

My husband and I have taken our grandchildren to this location many times after church on Sunday and this is the first time that I was disappointed And Pizza Hut.
The salad bar containers were only a quarter of the way full , the celery looked as if it had been used for several days according the both ends of the celery sticks being brown and withered, the green peppers appeared to have been frozen and were wilted , the sneeze guard was very dirty and there were several empty containers in the salad bar.
The pizza station was only sporting 4 pieces of thin crust cheese pizza and 3 pieces of thin crust supreme pizza when we arrived. There were other pizzas that were brought out and were good.
The penne pasta pan was dried and empty. It was not replaced during our lunch time there.
It was also 85° in the dining area but the temperature was lowered and it became comfortable before we left.
I was also surprised when checking out because I had to pay 8$ for my 5 yr old grandson and 8$ for my 3 yr old granddaughter to eat.
I was very disappointed in my visit today.

Placed a small order at 6:15. Order didn’t get here until after 9pm. I called the store to see where my order could be three times and the third time finally got through to a call center then waited 8 more minutes to speak to the store. Once on the phone with the store was told “if you want to speak to a manager you’ll need to wait he’s busy.” As if I don’t have children who have already waited TWO HOURS FOR TWO PIZZAS AND SOME WINGS. The only way i figured out what was wrong with my order was through the DoorDash app. They said Pizza Hut stated “someone stole their order it all needs to be remade”. Even if that was true it doesn’t take two hours to remake two pizzas! This is not the first time this has happened and happens to often at this store!

Absolutely ridiculous, this is the third time they have not brought our whole order and had to wait 2 hours to get it all, and all we ordered was one pizza and bread sticks. The first delivery driver had a car load of people and Half of the pizza was folded up. Between paying for the pizza and both the delivery drivers. It costs me $35. I could go to Little Caesars and get 2 pizza for half that I won’t be back. I’m not getting in contact with you. I don’t need anything from you. Just wanted you to know What is going on and like I said, before, this has happened 2 other times 3 tims Total and I left the review under the Pizza Hut in Granite Falls So I’m not sure why you’re asking me the location.

This is a nice place to go and the pizza was really good. The staff is also really nice and helpful. The breadsticks were also really good. Another thing we got was the Hershey’s cookie and that was really delicious. I would definitely recommend getting the Hershey cookie.

Last week I placed an order and was actually extremely happy with it so again this week I tried to place the exact same order only the price jumped over $15 extremely rude this time I won’t be ordering from there again
